I have an idea for D2… This would free up the game giving the developers more time to work on other things, and make the game, even more interesting.
Right now, we have 6 gear slots, not counting the 2 weapons and pistol.
I propose the developers make some easy changes in the game, by giving the players a choice in difficulty.
The gear pieces would be mix and match with no restrictions.
Let's say it starts as follows: This is just a guideline…
Current with 6 gear slots, the enemy's power and armor stay as is. (No changes to your game or gear)
Difficult; with 7 gear slots, the enemy's stay at their current level of power, and armor.
Hard; with 8 gear slots, the enemy's power, and armor goes up 5%
Harder; with 9 gear slots the enemy's power, and armor goes up another 5%
Very Hard; with 10 gear slots the enemy's power, and armor goes up 5%
Brutal; with 11 gear slots the enemy's power and armor goes up another 15%
Extreme; with 12 gear slots the enemy's power and armor goes up another 20%
Beast; with 13 gear slots, the enemy's power and armor goes up 25%
SO, IMAGINE THIS is just one scenario:
You and 3-7 other players are tasked with defending a hotel in NY City or even the White house, in a Modern Warfare 3 Resistance Mode Style.
The waves never end, and are increasingly more difficult.
Wave one you are defending the White house against 5 enemy cleaners.
The 2nd wave, you are defending against 9.
Wave 3 you are defending the White house against 15 enemy of various types all at once.
By wave 30, you are defending the White house against 35 enemy, 5 Heavies, and 7 rogues....
Think You Can Handle it?
