Hey guys,

every production building has its own collector units which pick up required goods either from another production building directly or from a warehouse.

I'm just wondering if the required good for production building A is located in another production building B, who would pick it up first, the collector unit from A or a transport unit from a nearby warehouse?

Is there a priority or a some kind of a lock?

I'm worried that if production building A is out of reach of the warehouse (but B is in reach of the warehouse), it won't ever produce anything if the transportation unit from the warehouse picks up the good from production building B every time.

So I did have the issue of Anno 1800 not showing up in Ubisoft+ but it somehow fixed it's self. Now, when I look I see Seasons 1-3 of DLC. I know Season 4 will be added once it's actually all out, but I see that the cosmetic DLC, the season one and Industrial zone DLC aren't added, that I still have to buy them.
Is that how it's supposed to be or should it be included in the Ubisoft+ "complete" edition?

Like in the title just purchased Ubisoft plus to play the game as advertised and am unable to find it in the Catalog to play.

Im playing anno 1404 history edition with a friend, and we where about 29hours in the match without any problems. Then one day when we wanted to continue the match he couldnt join my invite. When he clicks on the invitation the "connecting" appears ,but even after a long wait he cant enter the lobby. We tried with lan connection and online all the same. Even tried connecting over ubisoft connect instead of steam.
Any advice?

I'd like to report a bug and I hope to find some people who can confirm this specific problem.

I'd like to set my oil tankers to 'wait to unload' at their destination, no other ships can access the oil harbour so I guess it makes perfect sence, you have like an oil storage before your coast.

When a ship is waiting to unload, a train that may or may not be allready on the rail has a specific amount of oil in it. When it returns to the harbour it may not be completely empty (like nearly always). Sometimes I've seen trains with over 700 tonnes of oil return to the harbour. You would expect the amount of oil still in the train would be added by the oil harbour reserves and it happens when the harbour isnt full, like when a ship is waiting to unload.
The amount of oil in the train that exits is the exact amount that is just substracted from the oil tanker that is 'waiting to unload'

Where did the remaining oil from the train that just entered go???? Its GONE

Also the amount of oil in the harbour recieved from oil tankers while the train is away is a problem. becouse when it returns while the harbour has less space left than what is remaining in the train will be gone!

I might have lost millions of tonnes of oil to this.
Can this be confirmed by someone?

Possible solution:
Add the total amount of reserves of all the trains currently driving around to the oil storage in the harbour.

The 'Blue skies delivery service' specialist appears at least 1 in 3 times after reroll. Not a big deal if you need a few of them (which are very nice)

But...

It takes up a spot every time it appears reducing the chance of getting other good specialists.

Had played near 24 hours of smooth gameplay previously but now the game has become completely unplayable in the past week. It crashes near immediately once gameplay begins.

Just bought Ubisoft+ and my DLC has not been updated, I got to the complete edition page and click the play now button under Ubisoft+ and it takes me to the ubisoft+ menu, I search for Anno 1800 there and nothing shows up, just other Anno titles

It is stuck at the Quest "The Dept is Official".

Hello Guys,

I am trying to boost my nurseries in the new world with some of the books like Hand-pollination Method, Double Redundancy or Interspecies Grafting. But i cannot finde them in the research institute nor at Archibald.
I can find the orange, yellow and a few white books, but not a single green one.

I do not have a stage 3 investors skyscraper yet, only a bunch of 2 stage ones.
I do have every DLC except the anarchist and botanica.
Do i have to unlock these items somehow?

I am currently playing the basic Anno 1900 and love it!! I want to purchase the entire set of Seasons now, but really don't want to start a whole new game. Will the new expansions just be there after they have been purchased and installed, or do I have to start all over with a new game all together?

I have download anno 1701 with only the spanish lenguage pack but the character's voices and the storyteller voice in campaign are in english. It is strange because all the other voices are in spanish.
