When I arrange the ships to deliver products to the ports that I have determined with the route, the ships follow different routes and sometimes tour in short distances and return without going where they need to go. In addition, I use Mods, but I have the same problem in a game that I tried from scratch by turning off all mods. The ships go where they need to go, but this time they return without unloading the product. Again, when the same ship sets off, it goes to an unrelated part of the island instead of the port it needs to go to to unload its cargo and returns.

After downloading the new Seeds of Change DLC, the animated cursor in Anno 1800 is ridiculously oversized anytime I hover over the UI / tools

A couple of days ago I was playing without a problem.
Now, though, I've been encountering this error: "Failed to create the Direct3D device. Error code: 1205"

So far have done:

Managed to get it working earlier today, but then the laptop went on standby while I had to step away, the game froze and I had to close it from the task manager - and now the issues back.

Any guidance and suggestions on how to resolve this would be gratefully appreciated - especially if it's the sort of thing that comes and goes!

NVIDIA GeForce MX330 / Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics)
Using an external hard drive. Game's run on the hard drive without issue in the past so don't think that's the issue or that hardware's the problem.

I just played a 2-player online multiplayer session, with both humans controlling one player. We named ourselves [Die "Gerechten"] (not including the "[", characters, but including the " characters).
The first auto-save after a few minutes failed and created the "Das Spiel konnte nicht gespeichert werden" error message. Manually saving also did not work - regardless of the chosen name of the savegame.
Anno 1800 did not warn us that the chosen name was problematic at all.

Starting a new game with another player-name (identical configuration except for world-seed, same 2-humans multiplayer, just with a different faction-name without any special characters) then allowed saving again, so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the installation and just the chosen name string [Die "Gerechten"] (again, without the "["/"]").

All DLCs (except Season 4 & Anarchist) were activated, the game is not modded. One AI was active (Willie Wibblesock).
There is enough disk space available (>100 GB free). Antivirus is Windows Defender, running on Win10 21H2. The game and OS language are set to German.

Hello i want to ask about russian language, i saw in one tablet that Anno 1800 suports russian language, and after search i and my friend found out that we cant turn on russian cus it literally missing as in ubisoft connect, as in the main game, so does it have Russian or we just doing something wrong?

Hello, fellow players and devs!

This evening I have encountered a quite strange bug, which has resulted in unlocking the Living it Large DLC achievement, clearly without meeting the conditions. Playing through the campaign, I have received the achievement after settling about 50-60 Jornaleros on La Isla, and not even unlocking Hacienda yet.. I have not encountered the bug of having all achievement unlocked, yet this one caught me off guard. Is there any way I can get that little inconvienience fixed, and should I take a break from the game untill some hotfix, to avoid risk of having other achievements unlocked in some quirky, not working as intenden way?

in Anno 1800 PASSAGE the main quest is stuck sir john's belongings, iv cleared the island and got the logbook but the story does not seem to have triggered the next point

My problem is as follows. Since a few days I can no longer open Anno 1800 normally. When I want to start Anno 1800 it opens the Ubisoft Connect Store and gives me in a loading screen. Normally the game would start now but the loading screen remains without the game ever opens. I have tried several things to fix the problem like checking the files and seeing if the store and launcher are in the same drive but nothing has helped. The only way I found that helped was to uninstall and reinstall the ubisoft connect store so the game opens the first time but as soon as I close the game I have the same problem and since I find that it is a bit tiring to uninstall and reinstall the ubisoft store before each game I wanted to ask here if there are others who have a similar problem and possibly have found a solution.

I have a problem in a step after broke the ice path previous to look for the HMS Hades & HMS Styx. The problem is that after bring the engineers and broke the bloked ice, the next mission step doesnt appear and i cant continue with the history. It is possible continue browse trough the sea and go until both ships but is not possible click on them them when they are found. Please any advice or solution for that?, Im very advanced in the game and I would dont have to begin again.
