    I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering trouble with "Firing the Arrow." Thank you for sharing your report with us. To my knowledge, this issue is still under investigation and wasn't included in TU 1.2.1. I apologise for any confusion that has been caused.

    We don't yet have any new information to share from the development team regarding the missing NPC. If possible, would you be able to send us a video that shows the NPC that has the coins is missing for you in-game? The developers are still interested in collecting these videos as part of the ongoing investigation. Additionally, can you please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud? We can then notify the development team of this so they can take a closer look.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering trouble in "Fiery Ambush." The development team are still investigating the issue wherein the quest won't proceed after eliminating the reinforcements further.

    I understand that you're encountering trouble with the quest not updating after killing the merchants. We don't yet have a confirmed date for when the fix for the quest not updating after killing the merchants. Once we have more information about this, it will be shared within the forums.

    Thank you for continuing to share your experiences with "Courting the Kings" with us. I've passed along all of the reports that have been shared so the developers can take a closer look at these. I'd like to provide you all with a status update with the ongoing investigations:

    • Prisoners in the cell are dead, preventing the quest from progressing
      • Status: Pending fix
      • Comments: The development team has been able to identify what is causing this issue, and intend to release a fix in a future update. Please keep an eye out within the News & Announcements forum for future updates.
    • Unable to collect key to the prison cells as it's out-of-bounds
      • Status: Under investigation
      • Comments: The development team are interested in collecting videos from affected players. Please can you send us a video that shows you're unable to collect the key due to it being in an out-of-bounds area. Additionally, please ensure that you have an up-to-date save uploaded to the cloud, so this can be used for further investigation.
    • Unable to collect the King's Pass as there is no quest marker
      • Status: Under investigation
      • Comments: If you're unable to collect the King's Pass, please provide as much information on what happened prior to being unable to collect the pass. Please can you also include a video that shows the following, so we can share this with the developers:
        • Your current Quest log and objectives
        • Your current in-game inventory
        • That you are unable to collect a King's Pass from Donegal

    • The door to the longhouse in Buckingham cannot be forced open
      • Status: Pending Fix
      • Comments: This issue was reopened following reports that the issue persisted following TU 1.2.1. The development team intend to resolve this issue in a future update. Please keep an eye out in the News & Announcements forum for future updates.
    • Quest NPCs, such as Basim and Sigurd, cannot be interacted with
      • Status: Pending Fix
      • Comments: This issue was reopened following reports that the issue persisted following TU 1.2.1. The development team intend to resolve this issue in a future update. Please keep an eye out in the News & Announcements forum for future updates.
    • The Thegns are not registered as rescued after they are freed
      • Status: Pending Fix

    • Objective marker appears off-map during the "escort the thegns to safety" objective
      • Status: Under Investigation

    @ZicoDon - Please note that the "Known Issues" list is non-exhaustive, and won't contain all of the fixes included in future updates.     I'm glad to hear that @Vitor_A61's workaround has allowed you to progress in "Abbot's Gambit." Thanks for updating us!

    For those who are interested, @Vitor_A61's workaround is the following:

    After not being able to talk to the bard (he just got away after I got him to the water) I was stuck, with no quest blurb and no mission to do. Knowing (!) that he would have told me to go to the Dover fortress to get a letter, I went there, killed everyone and one of the guys was carrying a letter that activated the history flow again. Clicking R3 will show the blue circles around that guy also (it worked for me...) Good luck

    Hi everyone, I was massively stuck where the Bard would not speak to me, tried everything even uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I completed everything else in the game but kept coming back to the bard who was now on a farm, and he would not speak to me. So I did some research online and went where he tells you to go which is Dover fortress in the bottom right corner of the map and odin sighted until I found a green highlighted man in the middle of the fortress, he was raging about "kings orders" or something, killed him and completed the quest! So even though it was still telling me to speak to the bard, I skipped that and the quest completed.


    @Sarah-Nicolett - I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble interacting with the Bard in "Abbot's Gambit." Thank you for offering to send us an image. The development team intend to resolve this issue in a future update, so they no longer require any additional images or videos for the investigation. Once we have a definite ETA for when the fixes are to be released, we will let you know within this thread.

    If you haven't already, I would try the above workarounds as these have helped other players affected by this issue. Would you be able to let us know if these help you to progress further in the quest?

    When opening a support ticket, please can you include all of the items that are missing for you in-game? Can you also include the following images:

    • The content showing as "Owned" in the Animus store
    • The content missing from your in-game inventory

  • Thanks for taking another look for me as well, @Kormac67. I'm sorry to hear that you've still be unable to find the clue. I've taken a look around Drumlish in my own game, and I've noticed that the clue is no longer in the place I first found it. This is leading me to believe that the clue's disappearance may be intended after restoring the trade post.

    @Garbo3 - Just to confirm, did you also find the clue for Drumlish after restoring the trade post? This will help in finding out if this clues disappearance after restoring the post is working as intended or not.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered trouble when collecting Opals. Do you play the game with an online connection, or do you sometimes play the game offline? I know that Opals may not show in your inventory if you're playing the game offline, but this should be updated once you reconnect to the internet.

    If you're able to send us a video that shows you collecting an Opal in-game, but that it isn't added to your inventory, this would be very helpful for further investigation.

    I'm sorry to hear you're encountering trouble unlocking the "Home Decor" achievement. Would you be able to record a video that shows you visiting all of the decor points in Ravensthorpe, and that each of these have a decoration assigned? We can then pass this along to the development team for a closer look.
