Hi @ryan-de-looze I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in Verica's Tomb. Looking at the images it appears you have moved the large boulder object from the corner where it was originally. I am unable to see where that has got stuck. You should be able to climb the large boulder to obtain the key from the cage.
So we can get a better understanding of the issue, could you please provide a video.
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.

The abandonment sanction will apply to anyone regardless as it can't tell the difference if you accidentally exited the game or not. We are unable to remove temporary bans in any circumstances unfortunately.
