Quick Suggestions

So all of a sudden today I have experienced 2 blue screens nearly back to back when playing the game. Every time I got a blue screen the stop code was "critical process died". It just suddenly started happening today without warning. Yesterday it was working just fine and I was able to play for a few hours without any issues. I haven't experienced this issue before. I also haven't updated anything like my drivers, windows, or the game recently.

Both times I got this blue screen was when I was playing for 5 minutes. I was doing an event both times it happened. Coincidentally, it also happened on the start of the 2nd event that I did during that session. The first time the game froze for a few seconds and then the blue screen showed up. The second time all of a sudden the map stopped loading in and then it gave me a blue screen. On the blue screen itself, it was stuck at 0% complete until my pc restarted. When I go into Event Viewer, there is no memory dump available. However, there was an error that showed up both times which was "volmgr". The description reads "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation".

I tried a lot of things to fix this issue. After my first blue screen, I tried using sfc /scannow and /chkdsk to check for errors which resulted in nothing. I thought it was a once in a blue moon blue screen but when I started the game for a second time it happened again.

This issue seems to only affect The Crew 2 because when I tried other games, it didn't crash even when playing for longer. I am also unable to reproduce this issue a 3rd time but considering that it happened twice in a row, I feel that it is a big enough issue to worry about.

Edit: I tried verifying the game files and testing the game. It worked for like 15 minutes but this time I got a 3rd blue screen in freedrive.

Recently, I bought The Crew 2 on Steam and when I wanted to play it, it didn't even open uplay, went to "launching", and went back to "play".

I can't get the parts out of my mailbox. I saw a similar post like this but it was for pc and not xbox

There are lags and frezers on all pc and consol platforms.
The automatic transmission does not work from 2020 even if the brakes remain in high gear. Traffic is totally out of control. Hi, after the last update, my cars only drive backwards, when I press the throttle, the car stops as much as possible and starts drifting. I have Automatic sorting in the settings. You don't know what to do with it.

Please help to solve the error 0_1.
