Hello,

I am currently playing AC4. I have issues connecting to the server ingame. I cant use the multiplayer, kenways fleet or any of the dlcs i bought with the game.

Is anyone having the same issue or even know a fix for this Problem?

I have had this problem for quite a while now and i tried many things to fix it but nothing worked.
When i log in to AC4 the connection to the ubisoft servers fails and so i cant enter Kennways fleet, play online, see my statistics and i cant even access my dlc that i bought like Freedom Cry.
Im at 93% completion and i want to finish it but to do that i have to use Kennways fleet.
online features work fine in ac unity and the crew2 and every other game that i play.
I would be very Happy if someone has a solution for this Problem.

Originally purchased Black Flag in 2016 on Steam and now in 2022 I purchase the Gold Edition on Steam to play the DLCs but no matter how many times I reinstall the game, verify the games files or even delete my save file, I still have no access to the DLCs such as Freedom Cry. The DLCs are downloaded and are just wasting space as I can't even play them. Purchased the game again but on Ubisoft Connect and the DLCs still say that I don't own the base game for them. Now I'm stuck with 2 copies of the same game and still can't access the DLCs. I own the game on the Nintendo Switch as well and it works just fine over there. When I try to contact support through the web site, it tells me to login when I'm already logged in so I tried logging out and back in and still can't access Ubisoft Support.

When I start the game, it always says mouse and keyboard are configured and if I press any buttons on the controller, nothing happens. This wasn't an issue with Black Flag though so I don't know what's going on.

My sound for the machette and blunderness is missing along with other visual bug. Can you get me a standalone version of the DLC? Please include the step by step

So I get to Kingston and I make my way to the assassin to begin the memory. After interacting with him I am taken to a black loading screen with the yellow Animus loading symbol in the bottom right. That's when the problem starts. The loading just doesn't stop. I am able to open the menu and do everything in the menu but nothing seems to work. This is rather annoying because it's one of the last missions in the game and I can't progress. Are there any solutions at all or am I stuck?

Why can't I open AC4 Freedom Cry DLC? Although I own and have installed the game as well as the DLC.
