I have played this on an Xbox One X and now a Series X and really hate the bad lighting but I feel like I haven’t experienced the correct patch that has the lighting fix and I have tried uninstalling AC3 Remastered and reinstalling it which has not worked. I am stuck on patch 1.0.26 when I should be on Patch 1.3. I have absolutely no idea what to do.

I got this game for free because I own Odyssey’s season pass when this game first came out if that even helps. I’m at wits end here because I just wanna play this game with better lighting.

I've noticed in AC3 Remastered there are two bugs in regards to music. One where the music gets extremely loud when in combat. The only fix is to lower the music but even then it doesn't help much. The other is when completing a synchronization point. It keeps playing on repeat and doesn't stop unless I back out into the main menu. Any chances on fixing this?

Hi, I bought the deluxe game on Steam years ago and beat the main story. So I'm pretty sure I have all the DLC but just didn't play it back then; it shows 9 dlc if I click on Manage My DLC in Steam. Am I still good to reinstall the game and access the DLC? Or do I have to buy the remastered now? Haven't played AC3 since 2014, it says. I want to replay it and also play the Tyranny of King Washington DLC finally.

Hello, I have a question or rather a problem, it's about AC3 Remastered, it also includes the game Liberation and when I try to start it (Xbox Series S) it also started the "conversation" with Abstergo etc. and then this(screen) came and now nothing.... I've been waiting for about an hour and it still shows this and I can't reset the game or something, still this (picture). How to solve it, I have already restarted the xbox 10x and it still only shows this. What should I do? I don't want to uninstall the game after I just finished it. But as soon as I start AC3 now, it doesn't even show me the option to choose whether I want to play AC3 or Liberation. Show me this right now (screen). Xbox isn't showing me any new updates. Help me please.

Are the collectibles required for 100% sync in AC3 and 4? I'm not talking about the PSN trophies/ Xbox achievements, I mean the 100% sync in the in game progress tracker.

I'm having a problem inside the game "Assassin's Creed Liberation Remastered", which is part of "Assassin's Creed III".
I know I was also posting another problem with AC3 Liberation, this is because I was playing the game on "Geforce Now" and then encountered this problem, and then wanted to try the game locally on my laptop, where I then had the launch problems described in the other post...

The problem is: In Sequence 3 in one mission I have to walk into the warehouse where I have to speak with Gèrald then. Geràld tells me about this new secret office on the first floor and that with the desktop inside I can manage some (shipping?) tradings. When I press "E" nearby the desk, a map opens, which shows me two harbors or cities "New Orleans" and "Havanna", but I can not leave this map. The game does not react to any mouse click or keypress inside this map. I tried to follow the instruction "Place your cursor over 'New Orleans' and press RETURN to choose", but when I click on New Orleans, nothing happens. When I press RETURN then, also nothing happens. The Esc-Key also does not work, nor does any other key has any effect. I can just move around my mouse cursor, but clicking and pressing any keys do not do anything. I then have to ALT+F4 the game, because there is no other way to leave it anymore.

Sorry if some sentences or names are not correct, that's because I'm running the game in the German language, which I have to translate to English here.

Unfortunately, I have the problem, after an actual first successful start, that the program never wants to launch anymore.
I'm using the Liberation Game shipped with "Assassin's Creed III".
When I press the "Play" and then the "Assassin's Creed Liberation Remastered", first a splash screen shows up where it says that it syncs with the cloud, for example, the splash screen disappears after that, the mouse cursor blinks a bit, and then nothing. The game doesn't start, the "Play" button is clickable again.

What I already tried:

 
"Funny" thing is at the first start after installation it was running without problems.. I was entering the main menu and checked if my savegame is there, then exit the game. Windows asked me to add the Exe to the Firewall Settings then. I allowed public and private access. Since then I never was able to start the game anymore.
I also tried to change the Firewall settings for "ACLiberation.exe" to give access to "All", even tried to remove those settings from the Windows Firewall, all did not change anything with the faulty start behavior.
 
I'm running the game on a Windows 10 Laptop, Acer Aspire E17, 24GB RAM, with an Intel Core i5-7200U 2Ghz processor and a Nvidia Geforce 940MX graphics card. According to the minimum requirements on the steam page that actually should be more than enough.
 
Is there anything I can do to make that game launch?

Hi, I just bought AC3 Remastered on my Xbox Series X, but I'm getting no sound. I only have a TV connected and I tried setting sound output both to uncompressed stereo and Dolby Digital on my Xbox (and I restarted the Xbox before launching the game), but it still doesn't work.

I bought the game back in 2015. Today I learn that I cannot play, since the game key is not recognized. The message shown is "not valid".

I have contacted official support from Ubi, they suggest that Steam should refund, which they will not, and their answer is always automated. I gather this is not only an issue of mine; it has been raised in the Steam forums as well.

Proof of purchase was provided as requested by the support team.

What can I do?

Hi guys! Need help with the remastered version. I can't seem to find any topics about it here. It keeps on stuttering and lagging making the game almost unplayable. Can't fight soldier/s coz it will starts lagging, can't blend, get killed by bears coz "E" wont register on time. When I turn, it stops and then makes Connor do a 360 and then lag again. I played the non-remastered version before and I never had any problems. Is there a way to downgrade? LOL

Some of the "tricks" I found in the internet:

Tried different settings with scaling - same issue
Turned off GeForce Experience - same issue (turned it on again only to record)
Turned off Motion Blur - helped but issue still there(I also had to turn it off before I start playing because it keeps on reverting)
Low settings - same

My laptop:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz  2.30 GHz
8.00 GB (7.85 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060

Hey guys.
I started playing AC III Remastered yesterday and since i begun playing, the game freezes for some seconds.
It´s happening every 5-10 minutes.
Especially when there is display change.
In cutscenes, when i open the menu, when i enter a house and sometimes even in the openworld.
I tried so much but it wont stop.
Ive got a good CPU, 32gb Ram and a 3080.
Do you guys know whats the problem here?

I don't know if here is the correct place for post this issue that I'm having. Sorry if I did it wrong and correct me if possible.

I'm having an issue in my AC3 Liberation Remastered HD where suddenly the dialogs became muted.
So, I went to the configuration menu and the "Audio" setting is set to "undefined". I tried to change but nothing happens.
When I press "B" in my XBOX controller, the game crashes to the desktop.

I already tried to "Verify game files" but it didn't work too.

I also searched the internet but I didn't find this issue anywhere too.

Please, when possible, could you help me? I was loving the new gameplay style with Aveline but I could not continue.

I have AC Valhalla, Odyssey, Origins, III, and II. Every time I run the game, the picture will pop up of the game then it will just freeze there and never start or it will automatically disappear as if I force closed the game. I am very frustrated with this because I want to play these games that I paid a lot of money for.
