(I'm not 100% sure if this is in the right category)
So basically over a month ago, sometime in late December, I had launched my Rainbow Six Siege from Steam (where I had bought it) while logged on to a different Ubisoft account then what was linked to my Steam. I received a prompt to link that second Ubisoft account to my Steam which I had immediately cancelled. The funny part is that even though I had cancelled it, Ubisoft started saying that I needed to activate a product key to access Rainbow Six Siege. I'm sure this is some sort of malfunction or glitch that happened but that's not really the reason for this post. Back when it initially happened, I had gone straight to Ubisoft Support to submit a case. It all proceeded as normal and I got my first response in about 4 or 5 days. Support said that I needed to send in proof of purchase, account names, launcher logs, etc. I took screenshots of everything, uploaded my launcher logs and awaited the follow up. Fast forward a week or two and I still have no response after the initial one. I think "okay, they must be busy over there at Ubisoft Support or maybe they forgot about my case so I'll submit a new one." And submit a new one I did. This time I explained my situation again, told them that I had already sent in a case to no avail and provided all the information they needed to help me solve my problem. Three days later they get back to me, explaining that I need to provide proof of purchase and launcher logs. Now I was very confused because I had already attached all these things in my case when I first opened it and explicitly stated that I had. "Okay, well maybe it didn't go through" I had thought to myself so I redid all my screenshots and redownloaded my logs and attached them and sent them in while also explaining that I had done so initially. Fast forward another two or three weeks to the present and I still have absolutely no response, no solution, no access to the game I paid for, and basically no patience. I can't explain how crazy it feels to have waited over a month for a reply that I'll never receive; it basically feels like I'm dm-ing a girl all over again. No response. Ever. I'm not sure where exactly to go for help if Ubisoft Support won't even help me. I was considering having to make a twitter post or reddit post but I remembered that there were forums and I thought I'd shoot my shot here. Now to clarify on a few details of my problem: I own two copies of Rainbow Six Siege, one from Steam linked to this Ubisoft Account, and a copy that I bought directly from Ubisoft that was on the second account I had on when the technical issue appeared. Now I'm not sure if I lost access because I already owned the game on the second account and that caused some errors to arise but tl;dr is I just want my game access back so I can play with friends.
