I downloaded AC3 again but for some reason only the 1.00 version. Could you help me why ubisoft connect did not download the patches and how can I fix this?

This appears to be the single Assassin's Creed game from Ubisoft+ that doesn't allow you to remap the PC gamepad default controls. I've attempted to learn the default, unchangeable gamepad control scheme when I went back to replaying the entire series, and found that the first couple of games give you this control scheme starting out. It is bizarre, clunky, and was clearly improved upon in subsequent entries. Not a big deal, since every single previous and subsequent Assassin's Creed game allows you to remap controls however you like. Unfortunately, you can only remap keyboard controls in this game. I cannot think this was a purposeful change associated with the remaster, so I implore the developers to add this basic customizability. Would love to finally play AC III, but I cannot play it like this.

Hello, my new controller (X360 style - MSI GC30) does not work in AC3. The game shows it in options, but no button or analog stick works, even if the game is set on it.

Hello. I bought AC3 many years ago and just tried to play it.
First problem was with activation. When I tried activate it, I was getting "key is not valid" error.
Tried some internet suggestions and activated it manually trough reinstalled Ubisoft connect.
Now I have the game on UbisoftConnect, on Steam, but when I try launch it in steam, it gives me key activation window in UbiConnect with "key already activated on your account" error when I tried activated key...
When I try to launch it in UbiConnect, it launches trough Steam and then key activation window in UbiConnect again. I tried unlink Steam and Ubi accounts, tried clean Ubisoft connect install, same issue.

We can't join!! when we accept the invitation the game tells us that "The Game is no longer Available"!!
We have tried each of our turn in Invite! nothing works! We have a "Vpn" to activate us and we have tried to deactivate it! I lose hope to help us please!

Do you have any solution for this kind of situation ???

I've heard there are physics bugs at high framerates and I don't wish to encounter them during my playthrough.

I started Assassin's Creed 3 yesterday, and I am currently on Sequence 4. Upon opening up my achievements via Ubisoft Connect, I noticed I haven't received any achievements aside from "Rude Awakening", the very first one you're supposed to receive. I've not received an error about my achievements not syncing, so I'm confused as to why this is happening. I just completed Revelations the other day and I had zero issues. I'm trying to 100% all the AC games, so it's a pain not having them unlock.

tengo un problema con el Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered, en el que no puedo usar correctamente el libro de cuentas.
El problema esta en que no puedo comprar materiales para fabricar objetos. Tengo espacio para comprar tales materiales pero cuando selecciono comprar, no pasa nada, no me da materiales ni tampoco gasto el dinero en ese material.
Alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

 I have a problem with Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered, I can't use the account book correctly.
I can't buy materials to make objects. I have space to buy such materials but when I select to buy, nothing happens, he does not give me materials nor do I spend the money on that material.

So I’m playing AC3 on my Xbox 360 for the first time in forever and I can’t seem to find a way to connect my Ubisoft Account to it? It’s saying I have a Uplay account and I’m assuming that’s maybe because the two merged or something but I’m not sure

So I bought the Assassin's Creed 3 Season Pass for Xbox 360 on March 15th and I can't download the Tyranny of Washington DLC. I keep getting the "Store is Empty" message when I go through the main menu. I own the season pass, have the receipt, but I'm unable to download the DLC. Can you please check this for me because its extremely frustrating to buy something at full price ($30) and not have it work. If I had known about this, I would have bought all the DLC individually. Thank you.

played for 1 hour and my save is a "damaged save file". All I did was play the game for an hour, the problem is not on my side. Please fix it

Hello there. i wass playing AC3 Remastered and i got stuk in a wall, after that the game freezed and i close it with task manager, and restarted Ubisoft Conect. After that i get the windows with the "Faild to sync Achiev". I tyed every step i could find on forums, including to delete saved games from my folders in offline mode, repair ,or any other steps but this error dosnt disapear. I realy dotn care about my previous saves, is there a way to reset everything on my pc and cloud? this is very enoing. playing the game at this moment dosnt save my progres at all. Every time i close ubisoft the game saves restarts from scratch.

Greetings, so I have decided to play the original AS 3 again (purchased and launched via Steam) and noticed that for some reason there's two copies of Assassin's creed 3 on my ubisoft connect account, and when I launch the game from steam, it gives me a choice to launch one of those two copies. 
The problem is that two copies seem to conflict with each other and can't open each other's save files. Even more, I cannot even open a new save file from yesterday on either of those copies. When I try to open a save file on one copy, it says it's a damaged save file. When I try to open in another copy, it says there are some downloadable content missing and refuses to open the save file, however both copies seem to be fully downloaded.
Wanted to contact support via support chat, but it says it's not available.

The fact your team thinks its okay to release a broken game and then literally say they aren't going to fix it is pathetic. The game bgm loops after almost every Viewpoint and has since the game released 3yrs ago, your team literally just said they can't fix it and have no intention of trying anymore so you need to just restart your game whenever you use a Viewpoint. This is not how a development company as large as Ubisoft should be reacting to huge bugs in their game. Another issue is the broken HDR on PS5, you literally have to turn the HDR of and on again within the actual PS5 console just to get the HDR to properly work. This is another issue your incompetent team of developers have said to just "use the workaround" for instead of fixing the garbage they released. The fact this game didn't release with a 60fps option is just inexcusable as well. The Nathan Drake Collection, a boxset of the PS3 Uncharted titles 1-3 remastered runs all three of those games at a locked 4k60fps, ON PS4 PRO!! Yet you cannot deliver 60fps performance even at a lower resolution for your PS3 remaster on PS4 Pro/PS5?

I guess when all you care about is ruining the franchise with wannabe rpg's that have nothing to do with the actual lore of the series, updating the games for the real fans doesn't matter.

I just unlocked the West Point Challenges as part of the Benedict Arnold DLC. One of the challenges is to make 5 snipers fall to their deaths. I have tried many ways to complete this challenge, but nothing seems to work. I have tried attacking rooftop snipers while unarmed and either pushing them off the roof with a direct attack or throwing them off the roof with a counter-attack. Even when the snipers do fall off the roof and die, it doesn't seem to count. I have also tried doing the same with guards that climb up to the roof while I'm in open combat, but that doesn't count either. So far the only thing that has worked was replaying Sequence 6 Mission 3 (The Tea Party) and tossing one of the 15 guards I am supposed to kill in the beginning off the dock into the harbor by using a counter-attack. After getting credit for 1, I wasn't able to get any more to count, even after restarting the mission. Later in the mission, when the people toss the tea crates into the harbor, I was able to toss more guards into the water using counter-attacks. This fulfilled the optional full sync objective for the mission to throw 3 redcoats into the water, but it didn't count for the West Point Challenge. How exactly am I supposed to complete this challenge?

Ich stecke in Assassins Creed 3 in Sequenz 5 fest. Ich muss mit den Brassen das Pulverfass treffen, kann die Drehbassen aber nicht in Y-Richtung bewegen. Ich spiele mit dem XBox One Controller. Ich habe die Steuerung auch auf die Tastatur gewechselt, auch hier funktioniert es nicht. die Y-Achse des Drehbassenzieles zeigt keine Reaktion. Die Kamera kann minimal in y-Richtung bewegt werden. X-Richtung funktioniert ganz normal. Ich habe ansonsten noch versucht die Richtung zu invertieren. Auch hier keine Besserung. Neustart der Sequenz sowie des Spieles bringt ebenfalls keine Besserung.
Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegt und wie man das Problem behebt/umgeht?

I've got a weird problem with the Ubisoft games, all of these during the gameplay going from 100+ FPS to 5 and the game become unplayable.

Couple months ago it was ok, but last week I've decided to download AC: Brotherhood and go through the game again, but
after 30 minutes of gameplay, the FPS start going low as hell from 150 to even 1.

The only way to fix that problem was reset the PC and run the game again. I've tried to fix it on multiple ways, but
none of these working. Then I've decided to download AC III Remastered, and guess what? This same [censored] happens.

Is there any solution for that there? As I'm getting tired of spending money on Ubi games and being unable to play.

My PC is:
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 Roq Strix
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor    3.00 GHz
16GB RAM

I have recently started playing AC3 remastered on my PS5. I am stuck at opera house lock picking stage. R2 is not working at this level, though it was working fine a few minutes back while i was in the training session.
