I bought the game and I had to face this annoying bug which i have to waste my time researching for a solution and i found that on the PS4 version, other users had it too, but it was fixed apparently by a patch or something. This thing makes the game unplayable as i cant play the story obviously as much i hold my R2 button or trigger, edward just run low profile but doesnt sprint so i got stuck on the first secuences. I sent a ticket to support 3 days ago and i didnt have an answer... in the main menu in the left lower corner says ver 1.07 and its the gold edition. maybe that info helps to find a fix, a patch or something. i'm impatient because i want to play the game and i dont have much free time...

I have installed Rogue multiple times and I can play the game for a handful of hours and then the executable crashes on launch.

I have tried reinstalling to my boot drive as well as other drives. I have verified files.
I have tried changing the .ini file setting of WindowedBorderless=0, and the Environmental Graphics setting down.
I have tried setting the compatibility mode to Windows 7, and ran it as admin.

I checked my event log and everytime i start the game (either through Uplay, or opening through the .exe) i get the error in the image.

Hello everyone! I have every game of the series and out of a sudded AC 1, 2, Blackflag, Rogue, Unity and Syndicate just won't launch anymore. I've seen multiple new forum post who had problems with these games as well so I assume it is some kind of a bigger issue. I'm on the newest GPU driver, windows 10 and reinstalled + repaired the games on my Ubisoft/Windows drive. It is an internal drive. I sent my dxdiag and msinfo within a support request. I followed the trouble shoot guide without success. Thank you for your help!

I used an assassins creed unit key, I installed the game through ubisoft, but when I open the game there is a small screen with the 3 assassins and the game just closes, I don't know what to do, I really wanted to play the game online with my friends, everyone opens the game but me

Getting an error when starting the campaign on AC Unity. It says the following (roughly translated): Instruction on 0x00007FFBC9ED7377 referred to the memory on 0x000000000000. The memory could not be read. I've tried verifying my files and reinstalled the game and also did an sfc scan I think it's called and restarted my computer, but still the exact same problem.

I just bought AC: Black Flag from Steam and when I went to activate the game key, Ubisoft Connect said that the servers weren't available and that I try again later.

It looks like a lot of people have this problem. Ubisoft, please fix this.

I've been having problems with starting AC Unity starting. It would start but only to the splashscreen an then it would end up crashing.
It has worked when i bought it about 3 or 4 years ago but suddenly it stopped 2 years ago.
So i ended up completley reinstalling Windows 10 and only after this i found that my controllers were the problem.

So when i start AC Unity with a controller plugged in via USB or connected with bluetooth, it gets only to the splashscreen.
But when i start Unity without any controller plugged in or connected, it runs with no problem.
And when i connect the controller after Unity is already started, it crashes again.
I tried that with multiple controllers and the problem was still the same.
I already tried reinstalling or updating drivers but that didnt help.

How can i resolve this problem?
Has it something to do with ingame Files or my Pc?

Does anyone still have the problem with AC black flag cd key? I'm trying to enter and is telling me that ubisoft server is unavailable, therefore I cant play the game.
Help please.

I recently purchases the Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag gold edition on Steam, and on Steam it says I own all the dlc that would come with the gold edition, but when I go ingame none of it is available, and neither is it showing up on my Ubisoft Connect library, can somebody help me with this?


I've tried activating the CD key again, but nothing happens, it just tells me that it's already on my account, even though none of the DLC is.

I was checking all the items in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and I realized there are some which I didn't have. When I searched, I saw there are some promotional items (Dr. Pepper, Wilkinson) and others that you could unlock with Initiates, another one through a DLC which is not available anymore (Aveline figurehead) and others that came with codes when buying the Edward and Blackbeard diorama (however, this code requires you to access a discontinued website in order to redeem the contents).

I would like to know if there's any other way to unlock this content.

I'm having problems with trying to get the Assassin costume in Assassin's Chronicles: India. I've already got all the trophies related to obtaining the Gold ratings in the three different playstyles, but after getting those trophies I only had the Hidden costume.

I think this is related to obtaining Gold ratings without actually finishing the whole sequence mission. Because of that, I tried getting those medals and finishing the sequences, and I got the Silencer costume.

However, I've already finished several sequences getting in each of them around 10 Gold ratings in the Assassin playstyle and still haven't got the Assassin costume. Probably I've obtained around 50 or 60 Gold Assassin ratings at least (finishing the sequences), but nothing.

Is there any way to fix this problem?

I have a problem in my AC IV: Black Flag game save. I have a 100% progress in the game, with every single thing unlocked, but the database is showing 98% completion.

I've checked all the contents with other peopl'es posts in forums and I think I have everything that exists in the database, but the percentage is still 98. Is there any way to solve this?

I have 2 topics to discuss here. The first one is that in my old game save for Assassin's Creed Unity from years ago (when the game came out), I have a Nomad chest which is bugged. I just can't open it. When I press O, nothing happens. This can be seen in the following

Ich habe mir vor kurzem Assasins Creed 2 über Steam heruntergeladen. Da dies mein erstes Spiel von Ubisoft ist, habe ich mir natürlich wie gefordert einen Ubisoft Connect account angelegt und den Game Launcher installiert. Allerdings bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung, wenn ich das Spiel über Steam starten will, dass sie keinen Beleg dafür haben, dass ich dieses Spiel tatsächlich gekauft habe.

Ich habe jetzt schon mehrfach versucht das Spiel und den Launcher zu deinstallieren und wieder neu herunterzuladen, allerdings hat das nicht geholfen. Ich habe auch schon versucht den Aktivierungsschlüssel zu finden, leider ohne Erfolg und aus dem CD-Key werde ich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht wirklich schlau.
Kurz zusammengefasst ist das Problem so wie ich es sehe, dass Ubisoft Connect nicht erkennt, dass ich das Spiel tatsächlich gekauft und heruntergeladen hab.

Ich würde mich über eine Antwort und etwas Hilfe wirklich freuen.

So this is getting frustrating..
I bought Assassin's Creed Syndicate on Steam and the game wouldn't launch at all.
I tried doing everything that I saw others do like update DirectX, VCRedist, Windows, Graphics Driver, etc.
Even tried to install DirectX and VCRedist through the games directory folder.
Verify the Game Files, Deleting the files from the Temp folder, Running Steam/Uplay as Administrator, and Uninstalling/Reinstalling the game.

I wanted to attach DXDIAG and MSINFO but for some reason it doesn't let me do it? I try to attach it and i get an error message saying I "don't have the privilege for this action"




if it helps, my pc specs are:
CPU - intel i5 8400
GPU - Nvidia GTX 1660 Super
RAM - 32GB G.Skill Aegis
Power Supply - Corsair CX 650F

Comme le dit le titre, j'ai un pb de caméra avec Assassin's Creed Revelation que ce soit avec ou sans manette (Xbox One filaire). Je précise que j'ai acheté ce jeu directement via Ubisoft Connect.

Est-ce qu'il y aurait des personnes qui ont eu ce problème et/ou qui ont la solution svp ?
