Good afternoon, this is a problem that was reported months ago in the old forums, but since I couldn't find any topics about it in the new "discussions" section and it hasn't been fixed yet, I've decided to repost it here too.
Basically, every time I open the chat window, it is empty: no friends or messages are displayed. As result I am unable to either see or send any messages, nor to invite friends to play with me in games like For Honor. Back in the forums we were asked to follow an official guide to ensure TLS 1.2 was supported in Windows systems prior to Windows 10, but even after following those steps the problem persists.
Reading the logs I found that connections to your chat servers failed to be made ("Http status code is none" is reported), so I tried them out in my browser to see what kind of error it could be exactly, but the connections just worked fine over there... that is until I disabled TLS 1.3 and tried to use 1.2, as the guide I mentioned earlier stated should work. For that test in particular, the connection didn't work, since the server on your end rejected TLS 1.2 connections.
Since both your official documentation and your servers are contradicting each other, I assume this is a bug on your end that needs fixing. Please either embed proper secure-socket support into your own client instead of relying on the operative system for it, or enable TLS 1.2 in your chat servers. It's been months and I want to be able to play with friends once more, please.
