I am having trouble with Ubisoft Connect, so I decide to submit a case to get help. This is about Ubisoft Connect, not a specific game, yet selecting a game is a required field. I cannot select a game! I type in the box, and there are no games listed, and when I hit 'enter', it does not populate the field. So, I cannot submit a request at all. Ubisoft, your help request form needs help. You need help. Your "support" is a joke.

Hey, everyone! Just a quick question, maybe someone had the same issue. I'm trying to launch Far Cry 6 on 2560x1600 monitor. However, the game automatically sets 1280x800 resolution. Anyone know how to fix it?I tried to change the game config and monitor/nvidia settings, but it didn't help me at all.
When changing the audio output source (e.g. when plugging in / plugging out your headphones), Trackmania doesn't automatically switch the audio output. While other audio sources (Spotify, Browser, Discord, etc.) automatically switch to the new audio device (the headphones, when plugging them in), Trackmania does not, and the game sound is still coming from the speakers. You need to toggle the audio device once in the settings and then can go back to "default" to make it work as well, but this is an unnecessary extra step.

Hello people,how about UW support in cutscenes? Valhalla is out for almost 2 years now and cutscenes (unlike normal gameplay) do not support ultrawide.This ruins the immersion of this in total good game.cheers

Armor on kill will not stack no matter which build or weapon I equip.For example Hunters fury, it is supposed to give me 20% armor on kill, but it does not work.Health on kill works just fine..Did a log in into another character and its the same there. I get bonus armor with memento backback, but armor on kill does not workWhat's up with that?

Skills and enemies keep disappearing, the character starts moving really slow and the game gets stuck on loading screens and needs to be closed from the task manager every time, restarting or even reinstalling doesn't fix the issue. This has become really annoying. The game has become unplayable.
When game opened my sound is lagging every few seconds. Also in this lag I can't hear friends from discord and they can't hear me for this few seconds. This problem only shows in r6.

i ve had this reset bug yesterday and i didn t do anything weird or wrong. i m playing on pc and all of a sudden after i died in an online mission it resetted everything besides the the storyline and side missions. i restarted the game and now i can t upgrade some the skills please help ubisoft i really wanna play this game but this bug is just ruining everything.
