Hello. Let me preface this by saying, I do not play Far Cry games - my father does. He has his own profile on my Playstation 5.
When games are purchased, they are purchased under my PSN account, because I am a PS+ Member, and also to keep all the household games under one account.
My father preordered and purchased Far Cry 6 Ultimate Edition, again, on my PSN account, and plays on his profile.
After getting far into the story, we realized he didn't have access to any of the DLC that he payed and preordered to receive.
I opened up a support ticket, only to have the agent explain to me that this is by design, and 'working as intended,' and that only the main PSN account has access to paid DLC.
This is not how previous games, such as Far Cry 5, operated.
Why is this so, and more importantly, how will this be fixed?
