I've had this issue for months now, and decided to give up after several attempts to contact Ubisoft support. About 3 different employees, 17 phones from both pre-paid and leased contracts all fall under the "Suspicious" Category from a "Standard" Review.
That standard review, has subsequently "removed" me from playing Ranked. 2 Support officials, have stated that my Number ending in "53" is the reason why my Number is being targeted by Ubisoft, then after asking what I can do to remedy this issue, I was told the same exact sentence by all 3 support representatives. "try another number, we cannot help you, sorry for the inconvenience"
Now, I'm genuinely confused, as I wasn't able to play during the update which added this "standard" review process for phone numbers.
I've tried to the point, I genuinely feel robbed/punished for taking a Hiatus due to personal emergencies needing my attention at the time. I've asked Reddit, Twitter, Different content creators, their own Support line, Seems like nobody can help, and I'm at a loss for both words and respect.
Luckily after a bit of digging, all the numbers I chose to use, happen to be with MetroPCS as they're "Cheaper"
IS this the reason why my number is being theoretically blocked? Because Ubisoft dislike MetroPCS users, and deem any consumer of their service suspicious due to how easily accessible it is to make an account and get a number?
Otherwise, I'd really appreciate it if an Executive at this point, can take a closer look at these "Standard Security Reviews" and rethink how strict they are.
I have had my Phone number for 4 years now, and have never had a single issue. Always paid on time, Never called anything I found odd, I hardly even have friends to call on it.... It's mostly for work and family, so I really am genuinely confused and frustrated on what I can possibly do aside from feeling Bitter enough to completely stop supporting Ubisoft from here on out. This is genuinely a Shot in the dark for me, as I was already accepting to give up, but I want to play, and if I cant, it is what it is.
Unbearably Abusive, and Unethical
