A fair number of drinking games tend to have as many as seven rounds of drinking from the usual three, but the betting limit is still capped at 200 silver. Since betting has been returned to every drinking game for repeatable fun and profit, wouldn’t it make sense to encourage players to engage in the longer drinking games by raising the upper limit of silver that could be won? There are even some drinking games that are actually challenging because of the change in pace and the frequency of correcting Eivor’s balance. Betting a maximum of 200 silver for these more challenging or longer games isn’t an incentive when players can simply go to the easier three-round games with the fewest balancing and pacing changes. How about 400 silver as the upper limit? Double the risk for the challenge, double the reward for the glory.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

[ADDITIONAL NOTE]: It might even be worth having enhanced map markers on drinking games to indicate distinctions between the usual three-round game up to a seven-round game, like a level indicator or a color code.
