

@gio21stri If you don't own the expansion (as discussed in other thread) you are missing out on 70% of the content and this causes your game to run better, maybe without crashing. Whenever you are at level 40 you are most likely to get effected by the issue that has been going on for 9 months now. And here is no fix in sight ... but I did found one radical solution that really does work. Uninstalled this malware and no more crashes while playing other games.

Not entirely sure what you mean by config folder... there isn't a folder named "config" in there.
Do you mean delete the entire D2 folder in "My Games"?
@adrian-11 Path is "Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2". delete "Tom Clancy's The Division 2" folder. then start the game - no problems.
update: For 2 days since i deleted this folder - no single crashing for me (playing for 3-4 hours straight). bu its attempting to freeze sometimes (it happens when new textures loading - seems texture loading is broken a little on windows 10).
Deleted Division 2 folder, result=freeze. There is no cure.
@adrian-11 yeah, strange that it that works for me. and other 26 people that liked that reddit post. so go find your own method then what can i say. (given that you cant even understand from that reddit post i gave you how to simple delete that folder (and asks for second explanation)- i bet you already did something wrong on your pc.
Easy. Roll back your Nvidia Driver to the version 472.12. It will fix your problem. Same as Valhalla the latest driver can not run game smoothly. buggy all of the place. And remember turnning win10 game mode off. How funny is that Ubi games not compatible with latest Nvidia. The latest Nvidia not compatible with latest windows. Hilarious.

Comme beaucoup sur PC je rencontre les mêmes problèmes que vous.
A froid, le jeu peut rester stable environ 3h. Puis pour une raison qui m’échappe le jeu devient instable et plante régulièrement (10 à 15mn). J’ai lu tout vos post sur le sujet. J’ai appliqué bon nombre de solutions proposées sans l’ombre d’un résultat probant. Aussi, je ne crois pas que la solution soit chez les joueurs mais bien chez les concepteurs. Que vous demandiez aux joueurs de fournir des éléments à la recherche d’informations pour une meilleure compréhension je peux le concevoir. Pour autant TC D2 reste toujours commercialisé à un prix relativement élevés alors que le jeux reste majoritairement non fonctionnel sur PC .
Je suis surpris de constater que vos développeurs soient dans l’incapacité à résoudre ce type de problème ou quand à proposer des solutions.
Par conséquent, j’ai décidé de boycotter ce jeu performant mais non exploitable en l’état. J’espère vraiment que vos prochaines maj seront à la hauteur des attentes pour la communauté des joueurs PC.
