Black Tusk Invaded mission set won't complete

This week's Black Tusk invasion won't complete. I have completed Tidal Basin twice now, and after logging in, the map still offers Tidal Basin as if it has not been played yet. I did all the other missions in the set (Capital building, Jefferson Plaza, etc) - obviously, otherwise the Tidal Basin stronghold would not be unlocked. What am I missing??

@blaiseemby Only thing I can suggest is that possibly you didn't fully complete the mission: it's easy to forget to send up the flare after killing Wyvern and collecting the antiviral. Did you definitely get the 'mission complete' screen (where it shows you your stats etc)?

Could you please capture a video clip of the mission completed screen for you and then showing that it does not save?
