    @CyCzarn - If you'd prefer to use another hosting site, then you are welcome to do so. You can provide the video file through a sharing site such as Dropbox or Google Drive, or else through another hosting site such as Imgur or Twitch. In terms of what the video needs to show, it needs to show gameplay where the ambient music is not present, despite being expected. You could provide a comparison clip of Ravensthorpe if you wish, to illustrate that the music sometimes occurs there for you, but not elsewhere. I hope that this clarification helps! 🙂

    @ubi-woofer Hello. Will we get any information update? The game was bought half a year ago, but still there is no way to go through it. Are you engaged in solving it? Can we expect a fix in upcoming patch?

    I'm afraid we don't have any news to share on this issue currently but I will ask the game team to see if they can chase for an update from the devs on this. Should we hear anything we can share, we'll update this thread.

    @ubi-froggard Hi there! Sorry for asking a similar question, but are there any further updates on this issue? Really want to finish the game/buy Season Pass etc but this issue is really destroying the experience. Would you be able to let us know if the devs are looking at it, or working on a fix, or if any more evidence is needed? Thank you very much!

    common ubisoft please work on this issue, trying to fix this had me lose over 40 hours of gameplay. and im too afraid to play this game again because it breaks the game in my opinion.

    I would say the music plays as it should when im in Francia, but thats it.. Still way to little background soundtrack, even with max setting.

    I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed this issue, even after patch 1.4.1
    ive reported this bug twice and no one seems to care.
    i had the music and all of a sudden it just disappeared. And no it’s not our settings or what we’re using. Frustrating.

    It really is quite frustrating. I have completely put the game to the side until this is fixed.

    The game can hardly be enjoyed when all you can hear are grunts and weapon clashes.

I apologise for any impact that this issue has had on your gaming experience, and I'd like to assure you all that the development team have been investigating this issue further.

    I also have an update from the investigation into the missing music / ambient noises. I'm happy to share that this issue should be resolved in a future update! We don't yet have a confirmed ETA for when this future update is due to be released. As soon as we have more definite information from the development team, it will be posted within this thread. Additionally, any future updates will also be published within patch notes via the News & Announcements forum, so please keep an eye out for this!
