    Hello, since the update that took the Ostara Festival items, I've also been unable to use the quick select menu (down d-pad). It doesn't open/do anything when pressed so I can't use the meditate function, leave the River Raids area or toggle my hood for anonymous areas. I play of the PS5 version so I'm not sure if this is on any other platforms as well.

    Also, since this week's new items opened on Reda's shop, I purchased the tree from the Knight Isu settlement pack (Mimameidr) and that pack no longer exists on my store. I thought it was a glitch and restarted the game but it's still not there (all other Knight Isu packs still available). In accordance to this, the purchases are still available in Reda's store as well (though it shows the connection issue message after and says it cannot be purchased again).

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    @naragal95 Hello there, could you tell me if you have any custom bindings set on Assassin's Creed Valhalla? If so, our team is currently aware of this cause issues with controls. In the meantime, you may find the following steps to help prevent this issue from occurring:

    - Reset your control bindings back to the default settings
    - Reassign the Interaction button with another one that is not used for any other direct action

    However, please keep us posted if you are already using the default settings and still unable to access the quick select menu.

    As for the Knight Settlement pack missing, could you share with us any screenshots or clips of Mimameidr in your cosmetic collection along with the Isu Knight Settlement pack missing from your Store page?

    @ubi-smash Hello, I apologize for the delayed response. I had no custom controls, was using the default settings since I first started playing. However I did change in the settings from "Hold" to "Toggle" for the quick menu select and that seemed to have fixed the issue (can work in game now) and I changed it back to "Hold" and it continued to work.

    I tried attaching the requested screenshots but the site kept telling me they were too big even with compressing the jpegs so I put them in a GDrive folder for you to see. Here's the link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1n2u9FKR391TRPQdxGr_OkrE7kBLxUK4u?usp=sharing. Please let me know if you can't open them or if you want more screenshots. The issue has been repeated for me with the Engraved Tree from the Taranis (Sp?) Pack as well (that tree is currently available as today's daily selection in Reda's store).

    @naragal95 I'm pleased you have been able to resolve the issue with the quick select menu, and thanks for the screenshots provided I am able to view them.

    Regarding the issue with the Engraved Tree from the Taranis pack. Where you able to purchase it and does it appear in your inventory? Is it just that the Taranis settlement pack is no longer available on the Helix Store?

    @ubi-keo Both the Engraved Tree and the Mimameidr tree appear in my inventory (both in store and in game) but the settlement deco packs are no longer available for purchase in the store. It's like it disappeared once I bought the trees in game with opal. And none of the other items from either settlement packs appear in my "owned" items since I never purchased them.

    But I just checked and I can get the "deco packs" under the Property Tab in the store so this may not be an issue. I think now that the system just takes away the Settlement Pack when the tree is bought in game

    @naragal95 Thanks for the update.

    Could you please provide a screenshot showing the settlement packs under the property tab.

    @ubi-keo Yes, I just added them to that Google drive folder (couldn't attach again directly, my apologies). And sorry again for the delay.

    @naragal95 Thank you so much for those screenshots! It's much appreciated. Just to clarify further, do you notice any other packs that vanish, or just those settlement packs? Do they also appear to go back into the store after restarting the console?

    @ubistorm I've only noticed the settlement packs doing these not with any other packs/purchases in game. I close the game after every time I play so it's not running in the background and when I reopen it it looks like everything in the store is normal. It's just getting the settlement tree in game that seems to take away the "full" pack and leaves only the deco set, which I guess makes sense since the deco sets are sans the tree if that makes sense.

    Hi there, thanks for providing this additional information, if possible could you provide an image or short video clip showing how this occurs in your game and we will be sure to get this looked into as soon as possible.
