If I understand you correctly, you had several several attempts and restarts, but still can not t loot the artefacts during the Trial of the Raven in the Wenlocan Outpost?
I would kindly ask you to record a short video and send us a link so we can investigate this further. Please also make sure that your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud.

@ubi-oxavo I'm having the same issue with the Cave.

I'm on PS4 and have tried and tried but to no avail. I have even taken the cave first but still unable to collect as it is not there. Have no issues with the other three. I've been in and out of this now for hours and its still the same issue no matter what sequence I try.

This was recently resolved, can you ensure you have the latest update of the game installed.

If so please provide us with a video showing the issue happening for yourself.
