    Hello, as in the title stated i have only encountered this issue after the big update for the crew which featured new cars and a new live summit reward system etc. I didn't have this issue before and i am clueless as to what to do now.
    What i tried to do:

    • Restarting my Computer
    • Reinstalling the controller driver
    • Reinstalling the controller itself
    • calibrating it again
    • Plugging it in and out of my computer
    • Trying another usb port


    Any help is appreciated!

    Additional info: This controller works fine in other racing games such as Asetto Corsa Competizione, Forza Horizon 4, Dirt Rally 2 and F1 2019

    Hello @sadyrie, I'm sorry to hear that your controller isn't working after the update. Which controller are you using to play?

    Did you try to use the USB cable instead of the wireless connection? Wireless is known to be messed up by IVT (there are workarounds, though, which you can find via google if this is the source of the problem.)

    @obu42 I don't have a wireless version of the 360 controller therefore i only use cable connection

    I have an xbox one controller that just stopped working so i bought a xbox s controller latter that day and the controller will not do anything but turn the wheels and change gears. The control set up in entirely messed up and I still havent seen a solution to this. I have tried taking the batteries out and useing a cord which gave me the same results. Do I need to get another xbox one controller or is the xbox s controller jsut really just not supported

    I got the same issue. My XBox One Wireless controller isn't working after all i really dont know why, but pls fix this ubisoft. This is so disgusting. Plslslslslslslslsls fix this
