@ubisushivamp the game run perfectly fine - until the July 15th update/patch. There is nothing wrong with my rig.

@ubisushivamp searching the msinfo32/dxdiag/windows kernel errors/vc++ redistributables and so many other things in my rig that played this particular game perfectly, up until the night of July 14th will not change the fact that your July 15th patch messed up something in the game, maybe for certain configurations. I did send my files in support and no, thank you, not again. I'm extremely annoyed that no one even mentions the July 15th patch.
@ac_neemos I played several days without issue for like 40 minutes each time. I may need to play longer for the lag to appear, but the problem is gone. My problem is it happens only once after a certain time, so it is different than your lag. I notice your abnormal RTX 3070 TI GPU usage is very low when it lags for you if you are not using your RTX 3060. Did you update your video card driver? Update AMD chipset driver? Motherboard bios update? Put your PC power plan to high performance? Put your video card power management mode to prefer maximum performance? If Division 2 is the only game with your lag, then I would think it is the game's fault.
