    I recently started playing The Crew 2 on the PS5 and haven't noticed any major issues however, when I go to customize my car's livery the screen will blur, sometimes it covers the whole screen and sometimes it covers only parts of the screen. usually, it disappears after a few seconds but then it will come back. One time when exited the livery customization the screen was still blurry. I tested to see if this would happen on the PS4 and it didn't, it doesn't do this on PS4.

    That's very unusual indeed, @rjmitche77 - thanks very much for letting us know about this.

    Please check out our PS5 troubleshooting article first off, and make sure to power cycle your console, and that the console is fully updated (both OS and software).

    If that doesn't fix it, would you be able to record me a bit of video showing the issue? Here's Sony's article on how to do that. If you could upload a clip onto a 3rd party video sharing website of your choice, and then send me a link in this topic, that'd be great!

    Hey @rjmitche77, thanks for sending screenshot over and I understand that issue persists despite you doing the troubleshooting steps, however correct me if I'm wrong.

    If it is the case indeed, would I be able to double-check if you're using wireless or ethernet connection?

    Also, if possible, could you provide us with video footage showing this? You can do it by navigating to livery, show the blur on the screen and when ready, click 'Share' on your controller, which will give you the option to save the video. Once you do that, you can then upload it to any external video sharing website and send the link over, so that we could take a look.

    @ubi-karl I did step 1 to 4 was I supposed to do all of them? My wi-fi is wireless and just as a side note: are you still adding season pass cars every month?

    Appreciate your swift update @rjmitche77 and I can confirm that information provided has been forwarded to our development team who will review this further (P.S. if you haven't done the remaining steps then it's fine).

    In relation to Season Pass vehicles - there's a total of 22 post launch vehicles that players were able to obtain (7 days early) as well as 3 exclusives:

    • Supermarine - Spitfire MK IX - 1942
    • Ice Marine - Bladerunner 35 2016
    • Porsche - 911 Turbo 3.6 1993

    All of this content has been already distributed therefore if you have purchased Season Pass, you should be able to receive all of the content by now and no more vehicles will be released for Season Pass at this point.

    @ubi-karl Is there a fix in the works for this? It's really strange and a bit frustrating. I'm on PS5 and the exact same thing is happening with me.

    Im on PS4 and I've had this glitch for a couple years now. I don't know how it's so rare with how often I get it. I've redownloaded the game recently so it has the most recent patches, and I get this glitch very regularly. In the span of ten minutes I took about six screenshots of the glitch with all three types of vehicles. So that shows how often it will occur.

    @Ubi-Viral It's been a year and this issue still isn't fixed, even after the new update. This is the only issue I have with the game, other then this the game works fine.

    After playing this update for a bit longer and finishing 'Into The Storm' I've noticed that this bug occurs a lot less common than before. That being said, however, it still happens and it is still annoying.
