UNSOLVED Possible fix for bugged sewer/undergound SHD cache in Civic center

Boss/Lockbox didn't drop the key for me. Tried with 2nd agent - forgot the lockbox at first, killed boss - no key. Went back and got the key from the lockbox.
Tried it with 1st agent - and it worked again. So maybe it helps to kill the boss first and only then raid the lockbox? -

Hi, i tried today to get that key and it failed for me... I killed the boss and no key was droped. I read some old messages about this issue and i notice that it is still not fixed today! Could you give us some fresh news about this known issue? Thx in advance. Tadi

@tadidesign Hello! I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the key. Were you able to check the lockbox after killing the boss to see if the key is there? Thanks for the tip, @Noxious81!

Hi again,
problem solved finally! Yesterday i went again to find that boss and that key and a strange thing happened. Every doors were closed as the first time i came. So i did every thing again, i shot through the door to destroy yellow box and then, in the next room (before the boss) i finally looted the key from the key-box on the left side of the door, just before to get out and to fight the boss who finally spawned! I fought him again (no key spawn of course) and then i went back to the SHD lock-room. And it worked! -
@ubisushivamp At the first try, the key box was already opened, i don't know why but it was like that... So no drop from this box and no drop from the boss. I checked the door and wasn't able to open it...

@ubistorm No, it is not good news. Player having to re-run missions or activities 20 times because the game does not work as intended is far from good news. This issue was reported 18 months ago, and yet you are telling us you can't make the boss drop it systematically? How is this even possible?
