So I've seen it happen before, but have no idea what causes it. It usually goes away on its own (when Ravensthorpe is reloaded or I quit my game, not sure what fixes it), but it happened several times already.

Inside a set of stairs of the Barracks in Ravensthorpe sometimes a NPC spawns, completely untextured and with an infinite walking simulation.

I was able to record it this time so here it is:

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hi there, thanks for getting in contact and providing this feedback. While we will certainly be sure to get this mystery walking NPC looked into could you confirm whether this causes any direct issues with the gameplay or if this is mostly just emersion breaking and "weird"?

In the meantime, if you have any further queries or would like to provide any additional feedback, please feel free to let us know.

@ubi-litten It's definitely just something looking weird, I don't think it affects gameplay at all.

As some extra info: Somehow that 'thing' reminds me of Bragi (shape, basic colors), I don't think i've seen Bragi walking around when that blob is there, maybe it's Bragi stuck in the stairs? Just putting my thoughts out there.
