    Hi,
    I can start to play, but after 3 minutes playing, the immagine blocks and the game closes
    Salve, avvio il gioco ed inizio a giocare tranquillamente. Dopo circa 3minuti l'immagine si blocca ed il gioco si chiude. Ho inviato delle segnalazioni. Come posso risolvere? Ho una 3060 Aorus Elité 12GB ed un I5 10600K, non credo siano miei problemi

    @esposito99 Hi there, sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue in the middle of playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Could you confirm if you are seeing the same behavior in the same area in-game or during any curt-scenes or quest interactions? If it has been random during your gameplay, I'd recommend trying following our PC Troubleshooting Guide to help remedy this issue. After exhausting all steps from our guide, you are still receiving the same results, could you please create a support ticket with your MSINFO and DxDIAG attached so we can take a closer look over this with you?

    Salve, ho provato tutto ma il problema persiste. Non riesco a inviare il ticket perché dice che il servizio è momentaneamente non disponibile causa Covid. Come posso risolvere?
    Hi, I try to do all in the list that you give me, but the problem is still here. I can't sand the support ticket because it says that the service is corrently dowm by the Covid. How can I solve it? Thanks for the collaboration... please help me

    Hi, that's the problem. About 15 minuts after I start to play AC Valhalla, the game freeze and it closes by itself. I did all steps in PC Troubleshooting Guide, but it doesn't work. i want to send the support ticket but the page says me that the service is down by the Covid. How can I solve it? Have I to reinstall it ? My PC has an Intel I5 10600k and a 3060 Aorus Elité 12GB as video card. I don't think that my PC can't satisfy system requirements. Or, how can i send MSinfo and DXdiag?

    @esposito99 If you are seeing the game freezing every time during the launch of the game, I would recommend checking to ensure all background applications that you have running with Assassin's Creed Valhalla are disabled. If you are also running any type of anti-virus software, I would try testing the game while it is disabled to see if you encounter any new results. If the issue persists, please note you can also reach out to us via our Facebook and Twitter support page to further review this with you along with gathering your system files to look over to pinpoint the issue.

    the game freezes when i'm playng it and not during the lunch or whwn it's in pause. If I reinstal it, can I solve the problem? Or, that's another way that give me the possibily to send MsInfo and DxDiag?

    @esposito99 ciao, hai fatto caso se il gioco ti crasha durante l'autosalvataggio? nel mio caso è così ma se aspetto che finisca di autosalvare prima di compiere una azione, non crasha

    @azullfr yes i didn't mention the right stick, but pretty sure if you move the camera with the mouse is the same, the game won't crash.

    ah, ok, this may mean that any action performed by Eivor her/himself during the autosave is crashing the game, not the camera : good to know for the dev team, I guess 🙂

    @azullfr yep, they have also the video proof in what condition the crash triggers and how to avoid it, so i really hope they will be able to fix it, it's getting really on my nerves.
