I've been leveling up a new character and noticed that no tokens are dropped when using the L30 memento backpack at L31 or higher.
See how specialization ammo and materials drop from the kill - but no memento token
The build I'm using (gold items are L30, as is the memento backpack and scorpio shotgun)
This has continued through L35 at which point I swapped out the backpack. This was reproducible in missions and in the open world, even after restarting the PC and game. The L40 version is still dropping tokens @ L40, so this looks to be specific to using the L30 backpack above L30. -
@dagrommit Hey there. Thanks for reaching out about this issue you're having with the Memento Backback! Thanks for providing those screenshots as well! Do you happen to notice if buffs are not applying properly as well? Do you also recall when you first began to notice this issue?

L30 backpack on a L40 character before completing Liberty Island - no tokens in NY. Obviously cannot go back to DC to test.
L30 backpack on a L40 character after completing Liberty Island and activating the SHD watch - tokens drop in DC and NY.
In case it matters, the L30 character was on WT5 before heading to NY (i.e. not boosted). -
Little late to the party, but just took a Memento to Level 30, started WONY.
No trophies solo, no bonus armor gained, etc.
Friend joined with a level 40 character... trophies started dropping
Friend left.. back to no trophies.. -
