    Hello everybody,
so I found a problem with the Queen's mission regarding the Eiffel Tower, where she asks me for the Holiday Book which I can't find anywhere. I would like to avoid throwing away a very long game for such a thing. Is it possible to fix this bug?

    Thanks for your help

    Bye

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey @ramesse1986 - thanks for your question about this!

There isn't a specific 'Holiday Book,' but rather you can present any book for the 'A Demanding Guest' quest. Hopefully that'll be enough guidance for you to be able to find a suitable book, but let us know if you'd like more specific instructions 😎

    Hi @ubi-thrupney,

thanks for replying. However, I tried to deliver any books I had in my inventory relating to past missions to the Queen's Mission Ship, even the underwater treasure scrolls, but nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I finally solved. By pure chance I noticed the books on sale and I took one at random ... and it worked even if the Queen was not very happy ... but never mind!!!

You can close the post !!

    Thanks for the help!

For anyone who stumbles upon this thread:

There are many books that you can deliver to the Queen. One unique book is a a book which you can get from the tourist lady after trying to find new recipes for your cafe. But many book items that you can get in the game from trading or expeditions etc. can be given to the Queen.

The wiki doesn't have nicely presented information about the Tourist Season quests yet, but there's a list of books which you can give to the Queen: https://anno1800.fandom.com/wiki/User:Fffam/Queen_Book_Quest_Rewards: (https://anno1800.fandom.com/wiki/User:Fffam/Queen_Book_Quest_Rewards)
