    Hi,

This has been happening for a while, I think it started two or three updates ago but I assumed it was already reported and it is still happening after today's update.

Once or twice a week I will get a daily to assassinate someone but the target will spawn underneath the jetty at Ravensthorpe and it is not possible to confirm the kill (they spawn already dead). I get around this by going to Dublin and starting a new daily in its place, but it is frustrating to have still keep doing this.

I have attached two screenshots showing you where this NPC spawns:

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Hey @wildhunt,

Thank you for reaching out to us and reporting this, as well as including screenshots, they're appreciated!

I've passed these onto the team for them to look into further.

Thank you for also sharing your workaround, hopefully should anyone else have this issue, this workaround works for them in the meantime too!

    Hello there @WildHunt!

The development team have been taking a closer look at your report, and would like to collect some additional information from you.

Can you let us know if you collected this contract from Reda in Ravensthorpe, or if this contract was received from another NPC/location?

You mention that this quest appears once or twice a week. Would you be able to provide some specific dates? If you know when this quest was last available for you, this would be helpful for the ongoing investigation.

    Thanks! 😊

@ubi-borealis Hi, I always collect my dailies from Reda at Ravensthorpe, so it was definitely collected there. It has happened a few times since I posted this but I only took a screenshot of another case on the 17th of August (screenshot attached).

I am pretty sure it happened again this week when we got the two dailies and one weekly (the weekly where we have to assassinate a jomsviking) because I remember doing one daily and the weekly, then going to Dublin to do the other daily, and I would only do that if this bug cropped up.

From now on I will keep adding the dates here as soon as they happen, and the screenshot if required.

@wildhunt Thanks for the info. Don't worry about keep sharing screenshots of it for now. We'll pass on what you have so far and let you know if we need anything else.
