    whenever i try to claim the vinland crow/altair outfit (which i have but it say i can get it in ubisoft connect) i get this messege: "ubisoft connect rewards are unavailable at the moment". i tried to install the app again but it didn't help. has anyone else encountered that?

    Hello there @liad120!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble redeeming the Vinland Crow and Altair outfit via Ubisoft Connect. You mention that you're using the app to do this. Would you be able to try redeeming them directly from the Ubisoft Connect Website, or via the in-game overlay?

    On Xbox the app is frozen at present. It's possible to open it from the game but it's completely unresponsive when it opens, needs a force-quit. I have not tried opening it without the game. It was working a few hours ago. The web site looks like it's working okay.

    I've taken a look and I can't find any reports of degradation or outage for Ubisoft Connect right now. If we are notified of any degradation or outage, this information will be shared in our Ubisoft General forums. If you haven't already, I would recommend trying these basic connectivity steps for Ubisoft Connect to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition.

    If you're still having trouble opening up the Xbox Ubisoft Connect overlay after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to update us so we can investigate further.

    @ubi-borealis hi there. as you suggested i have tried claiming it through the website and the game overlay and i still cannot claim it. my friend who got the game today was able to redeem those rewards.i was wondering if you can unlock it for my account, if that even possible.

    Oddly enough, the Xbox app worked okay after I closed the game. Anyway, hope the other chap gets the problem sorted out.

    Thanks for letting us know that you've tried redeeming the rewards via the Ubisoft Connect website and overlay, @liad120. I'm sorry to hear that you're still having trouble unlocking the items.

    Please note that we're unable to manually unlock rewards for players. I apologise for any disappointment caused. I've taken a look at your account and it looks like you should already have access to the Altair outfit in-game. Did you receive this previously via the Godly Reward? If so, you won't be able to redeem it again via Ubisoft Connect.

    Have you been able to try the connectivity troubleshooting steps provided in my earlier message to ensure that your connection to the servers is in optimal condition?

    @ubi-borealis hi again and thx for the quick reply, i have indeed claimed the altair outfit before so that is good to know, but the vinland crow can't be claimed, but when i tried to claim a reward for a settlement decoration it worked while the crow didn't, so i suppose the problem is with the reward itself and not a connection issue

    Once again I had the problem with the Connect app being unresponsive until I forced ACV to close. It's not a major problem but something's not quite right. No, I am not going to do a video showing the entry screen of the Connect app with "Rewards" highlighted.

    Well, thanks for the reply at least but there are other actual problems with the game that could do with fixes and apologies, not this one. All I need to do is exit ACV on the Xbox or, last time I tried, I can do it on the laptop. So it's not actually a problem for me.
