UNSOLVED Upgraded to PS5, lost all trophies and cannot Save

Recently upgraded to PS5. Transferred all save files over. Lost all trophies in the process.
As I played the first hour some of the England trophies unlocked -- like 30 at once. But I am still missing a good chunk.
All of the Ireland and Francia trophies are gone. I cannot complete any of the Ireland trophies again because... well, I completed the region 100%.
Also, in Ireland the game no longer saves. Auto saves continuously produce an error.
Any help appreciated. -

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues!
The matter regarding the 'Failed to Save' message is currently being looked into by the team. If you could please confirm the following for us to pass on it'd be appreciated;- Do you use Quick Resume/Switcher? Do you leave the game minimized at all, and if so, how long?
- How often does the error appear?
- If you close the app and re-launch it, are you able to save again? Please specify for Quick, Auto, and Manual saves:
- Does this issue only occur while playing the expansions content or do you also experience it on other maps in the game?
- How much space do you have on your console's storage?
- How many saves slots do you have filled? And does this issue happen on all of them?
- Are you able to create a new manual save (not overwriting your existing one)?
As for the trophies, I'm afraid that when moving between consoles (PS4 > PS5), trophy activity is not transferred over too and the requirements will need to be re-done for them to trigger. In many cases such as collect X amount of an item, collecting one should re-trigger the trophy to pop but as the trophy system is operated via Sony's systems, we don't have access and cannot force these trophies for you.Official Response -
@ubi-theberry Regarding the trophies. Please tell me how to obtain the trophy again on PS5 for such tasks as 'Rampage' -- Complete a Raid in England when all of the Raids have been completed already?? I did a few raids despite the red icon being long gone, Eivor would say her dialogue when it was over such as "We got what we came for..." but no trophy would pop.
Same goes for most of the story/arc trophies in Ireland. How can I redo the Story, Altars, shards, Dublin renown if they have all been completed/maxed?
I'm at 400 hours played !! A replay is not an option. -

Some of the trophies on PS5 that have not popped for you, after transferring your save from PS4, will need their conditions met again on PS5.
This means if you have an older autosave from before you completed that particular collectathon challenge, you will need to recollect the last item, to trigger the trophy pop.
Another thing some players have found success with is when a particular trophy does not pop, to stay in-game but disconnect from the internet. When you reconnect to your internet, it re-establishes your connection to the server and can then pops the trophy for you, after a delay.
Some trophies have also been known to be granted, after completing a random side quest as well.Official Response
