    Ever sense the maintenance division 2 cause's my PC to have a hard crash with a fuzz on the screen an restarts.



    I have tested other games to see if this issue happens to my other titles but, games like Destiny 2, The Division 1, Borderlands 3, Call of Duty, Scavengers. Have not caused this to happen yet an run fine.

    As you can see i have the latest GPU Driver & windows update. Sense Ubisoft loves to blame the machine as much as possible instead of telling massive to fix the issue's that should've been patched 3 year ago. I have even rolled back drivers but, in my case. It never fixed issues permanently. It just delayed something else. Sense every update with division 2 has been one step forward two steps back.



    I also check my temp's an my temps never reach even near 70C. They are mostly 50-63C sense i have redid my thermal paste to better quality. So i have the best temp's for my hardware. I never go near the dangerous limit. Which is 80C when it throttles my hardware. But, as i said before i never reach that high. Something is wrong with the game becuase i have tested other titles on my PC an none of them have caused this issue to happen. Just the division 2.

    Hi there @ttvxindicaxhigh, I'm sorry to hear you've encountered these crashes. I completely understand that it can be frustrating to experience these issues, however, I would like to investigate this further with you. To clarify, are these crashes occurring on launch, or in-game? If they occur in-game, do they occur during a specific mission or in a specific area?

    Same problem since oct 2021 (since I started the DLC)
    At least 1 crash a day and still crashing
    A nice game experience indeed (NO ITS NOT)
    Tried everything (driver, dx11/dx12, uninstall/re-install game/uplay/drivers, verify files, launch as admin, tried on another session windows, tried installing on another disk / ssd....)
    Contacted support, who tells me smoothly the problem is my PC. Every other non-ubi game are not crashing.. Hmmmmmm

    Game uninstalled.

    @an0nymio Hey there, thanks for reaching out. I sincerely apologize for the crashing that you were experiencing. We are aware of the issue and have reported it to the team, and they are currently investigating the matter. If you'd like, you can keep an eye on the News & Announcements forum and check the patch notes from time to time for any updates. When the issue is fixed, perhaps you'll want to reinstall the game and try it out again. I apologize for the frustration this has caused in the meantime.
