I purchased Siege of Paris earlier today on the Epic Games Store and their store shows the DLC as "In Library" but on Ubisoft Connect the DLC isn't showing as "Owned DLC". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, have verified the game multiple times and nothing.

During the verifying files process on the Epic Games Store, I have noticed red markers that seem to indicate missing files but no matter how many times I reinstall or verify, those files are always missing, which might have something to do with the DLC being missing in-game and on Ubisoft Connect.

I have contacted both Epic Games and Ubisoft through their support channels, I got a response from Epic Games and the solution they posed didn't fix it and I'm still waiting on a reply from Ubisoft so I thought I'd create a post hoping someone else is having the same issue and found a solution.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
