    When I tried to see others' sharing in the community website, the page is black and freeze. No loading or other signs.

    Hello, I've been having the same issue on my phone and PC since yesterday. The website photomode tab wont load. Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Origins however works fine.

    @fontaine08 same problem, for the past 3 days the site is not available for me, won't load. Please @Ubisoft can you guys look into this.

    I too can't access the photomode website for the past week or so. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps, I even tried a different browser and it still does not load. The fact that I'm not the only one having this issue tells me that it IS a problem with the website and that that you guys (or at least whoever is in charge of the photomode website) NEEDS to fix this.

    @ubi-keo thank you for the acknowledgement, it at least lets us know you are aware and hopefully fix is coming, I have about 500 photos in Valhalla alone, and would hate to not be able to reach them ever again. Fingers crossed 🤞

    I can see I also have access to the Valhalla photo uploads website too > https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/game/assassins-creed/valhalla/photomode

    Can anybody else confirm if they have access to the website above, and can now see their uploaded photos too?

    In regards to the other titles, I am still unable to view photos on Odyssey's or Origins website >

    Great, thank you for the update bielik01.

    As it turns out, for the player who asked earlier in the thread, the Odyssey and Origins photo mode website issue, is something we have become recently aware of, that no photo's are visible to any players and we are hoping to resolve this and bring it back online in the foreseeable future.
