@ubi-keo I think it’s safe to mark this topic thread as RESOLVED.
Hi @thenorfolkian, just marked it as solved. Please let me know if I can assist you with anything else.
I shot the lock, the ladder dropped down, but I have to run at a very specific angle just to get on it and then eivor won't climb up any further. Just sits there on the bottom rung. Looks like it leads up to some gear. On PS5
Hello,I see this quite often with the daily quests where the rescued civilian will follow Eivor forever after freeing them. It is not the "you must be anonymous" bug because that message never appears. The civilian just keeps following Eivor even after leaving the restricted area.Is there any way to avoid this? What is the best workaround when this happens? I tried fast-traveling, using the mount, using the boat, and then going back to the civilian, but nothing worked this time (fast-traveling has worked for me in the past). I ended up loading a save before I accepted the quest and got a different one from another thousand eyes contact. Here is a video of the civilian still following me around pretty far from the restricted area. Also, see 0:40 for a quite hilarious bug of the civilian trying to get on the horse. Pls never fix that one. 😂
Just wanted to report on some minor bugs that really drive me mad.First of all, I constantly get the swoosh sound and the visual effect on my character which usually only plays when I successfully abscond from a fight. It plays every few seconds and it's really annoying. I'm currently in Vinland, so it might have something to do with my location, but I remember experiencing this too in some other areas. Reloading my safe didn't help.Another annoying sound bug is that the music tends to get randomly put on loop forever, which gives me really unfitting and repetitve background music. Also something in terms of balancing: Special abilities cost no stamina and can be performed even when the stamina bar is empty. Also, performing one refills the entire stamina bar instantly. Using a fast weapon like a dagger I can deplete my stamina bar with one long L1 combo, gain one bar of adrenaline, perform the harpoon impalement special ability to refill my stamina and restart my L1 combo. This puts enemies in an infinite stunlock and turns any kind of tough Zealot fight into a pushover. Either make the abilites cost stamina, fix the stamina refill bug or reduce the amount of adrenaline gained from the dagger L1 combo.
