

after update Year 2 Season 2 Update i got very high cpu usage up to 80% then return to 20% while moving the camera or taking corners in the cities only causing very annoying frame drop
outside the cities i don't have this issue
i have played the game for more than 500 hour on the same gaming pc
my pc spec
intel cpu is 6 cores 12 threads
running 3.8ghz and turbo boost to 4.2ghz
with asus gtx 980 ti
with 12GB ram
i tried fresh install for the windows 10 and fresh install to the game
with the game only downloaded on the pc without anything else
i tried update to latest windows 10 and latest graphics update
i tried running the game at low and at ultra or medium all same results
i used on the past xbox 360 controller i tried to uninstall it and use the keyboard only
nothing changed
i tried to play the game borderless and fullscreen still same
i tried to disable fullscreen optimization to the game.exe file
my cpu is overclocked at stable overclock to 4.2ghz with great temps lower than 70c
i tried to disable the overclock also nothing changed
also i tried different ssd and different hdd
also my gpu running below 70c
still having the same issue frame drops in the cities
nothing helped at all
i have to mention there is youtube video for someone else also having the same issue
so i think the issue is not only on my pc

It sounds like you've already done everything we'd recommend as basic troubleshooting. In that case, we'll be able to troubleshoot further with the help of some system files - a DxDiag.txt and an MsInfo.txt. The article I've linked there will show you how to find each of them.

Hey there.
Sorry to hear you're affected by this. Can I ask you try first of all running the game after a clean boot? If possible please also share your system specs with us here.
