    Hi there,

    I keep getting the message "failed to synchronize achievements" those two weeks and can not finish the challenge DLC City of lights even i traveled to Paris and finished the DLC.
    Today 9/7/21 i keep getting the above message and could not even update the game.

    Any help?

    Hey @vikay_

    Can you just try completely exiting Ubisoft Connect and relaunching it, then see if you are able to update the game? Let us know if you are still having the issue.

    Hi,
    I have tried logged out then in again but still nothing change. The DLC challenge still there and the download could not start.

    @vikay_ I'll just move this to the Ubisoft Connect forum as download issues are more related to that than the actual game.

    Can you try reinstalling the game but change the download location in the Ubisoft Connect settings, to another drive if possible, but at least a new folder if you can't do that? 

    If it's still having issues, please can you also go through the Ubisoft Connect troubleshooting found here.

    Hi,
    I tried re-download the update and it worked. However the DLC challenge still there. I tried verified the game files and repair some but it did not work. So must reinstalling the game i suppose?

    @vikay_ I'm sorry about the delayed response. If the DLC challenge is still appearing, can you test out emptying your Ubisoft Connect cache? Let me know how it goes.

    @ubikoreanbbq I did empty the cache but it still there the challenge.

    @vikay_ Thank you for clearing the cache as well! I would like you to try un-installing and re-installing Ubisoft Connect. Please make sure to follow the steps here and back-up your save files as you continue. After you have re-installed Ubisoft Connect, launch it as administrator and check to see if the challenge is still showing.

    @ubikobold Hey, I try re-installing Ubisoft Connect, deleting the cache, also re-installing the game but it still showing.

    @ubistorm Yes, my latest save was uploaded. Also i have duplicated item in inventory, as well i can edit the appearance of those pants. Please check those. Thanks!

    @vikay_ Thanks for the image. I have forwarded this on to the game team as they are aware this issue can happen and have asked for images related to which items.

    Regarding the issue of the challenge being locked, this has also been reported and is being looked into.
