    hi,

excellent job on fuze's cluster charge enhancement! 🙂

the guy can only deploy his cluster charge on reinforced walls - when inside! ... 😄

I think this is fair, as - i guess - the intention was, to scare away people, when, as an example: a reinforced bomb site was taken and being hold for defuse, because from now on, if the defenders are smoking or chatting instead of rushing in, they can get a quick death if they wait it out 🙂

if fuze's new cluster charge was meant to be deployed from any side of a reinforced wall - eg: from outside -, please have a peek on his current capabilities though!

Thanks a ton and bests! LOL

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

i need to correct the above:

    • he is able to place the charge from the outside, but something is affecting the placement of charge - seems to be the spacing between the spikes of the reinforcement module - and preventing him to place wherever the player wants.

but this is still not good nor logical.

the same spikes do not have any affect on the new hard breach module, nor the zelma charge, nor the x-kairos pellet, nor thermite's charge.

so again: if fuze's new cluster charge was meant to be deployed from any side of a reinforced wall - eg: from outside - and anyplace, please have a peek on his current capabilities though!

    thanks and still, LOL

@oo_hodor_oo Hey, Hodor! Thank you for reaching out about the Cluster Charge on reinforced walls.

Could you provide a video showing this issue if possible please?

    Thank you.

i doubt r6 has video recording feature so.. no.
i have some screen caps though

you can see that the cluster does not come up in his hands if positioned on a space that is smaller.
cluster can be only placed on larger surfaces w/o the spikes.

    @oo_hodor_oo Hi there.

Thanks for forwarding those screenshots to us, however the game team request a video recording as it's much easier for them to use when investigating any issues.

If you'd like to access recordings of your matches from R6S you can head to the dedicated match replay folder within the game files.

    Ubisoft Connect:
    Ubisoft Game launcher\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\MatchReplay

    Steam:
    Steam Library\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege\MatchReplay

This will store recent matches, and from there you can use a file sharing site such as YouTube to forward the video to us.
    Thank you!

here is a video of (trying to) place the charge on outer side of reinforced wall
as you can see the charge can only be placed to some sections as spikes and smaller areas seemingly affect placement.

@oo_hodor_oo Thank you very much for that video! Could you please also try to verify your game files and run Connect or Steam as administrator to test if that helps resolve this for you? Also, has this occurred multiple times and if so, when did you begin to notice this happening?
