We haven't received any new maps in Siege since OPERATION // BURNT HORIZON.

And I used to think that we would eventually receive a new map once all the other maps had been reworked... but OPERATION // CRYSTAL GUARD has me worried.

This Operation has hosted 3 map-buffs instead of full-on dedicated reworks. Minor changes rather than drastic alteration to the architecture. What if this means that we will eventually have map-buffs here and there, where a season will focus on altering some maps rather than adding new ones?

My original hope was that once they finished all the reworks, they would release new maps, but this has revealed that we might never get to see any new locales.

    • Consulate
    • Presidential Plane
    • Yacht
    • Tower
    • Villa
    • Fortress

The above maps are all that remains that have yet to receive a map buff or a full on dedicated rework. When Ubi finally touches these maps with updates, I am going to hope that their next move would be to add in some actual new arenas.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
