    game crashes random times on my PC, can Ubisoft make a proper update to fix that problem? i'm updating windows and drivers.

    @ubi-theberry Wow! Ubisoft I'm throughly impressed with the response and that fixed the issues. I haven't had a single crash and it runs like it should. Thank you so much. This goes a long ways for me on what I use to think of Ubisoft. A tremendous change in how I think about the support staff here.

    Also while browing in the event windows, I came across something that stood out to me too, "nvlddmkm stopped responding". In my case it was the result of some 3rd party software iCUE. Uninstalled and so far with both Ubisoft resolution and this display error fixed my crashing every 10-15 mins or at random intervals. I hope this fixes other people issues as well and again Ubisoft thank you so much for that response through the ticket. 👍

    As a starting point, could you please first ensure you have given all of the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide a try and let us know if there's any changes?

    This is particularly key if you're having issues with multiple titles.

    Should the issues then continue, please create a case on our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files so we can take a closer look into what may be causing the crashes.

    Please also make note of what you're doing / where you are in-game when you crash as this may also be important information.

    @ht89488 So your RBG control software was to blame? Another reason I avoid that nonsense like the plague ..... I went to a solid side box this time and the only RBG is on the motherboard and I have that turned off in the BIOS .... In the long run between the case and RAM I saved 100 bucks by getting the non-RBG case and memory. I'm tired of paying extra for worthless light shows that do nothing to help performance and often times hurt it because none of the control hardware and software is standardized and is often buggy AF

    @longjohn119 - We have a list of background applications in this troubleshooting article that are known to have the potential to interfere with Ubisoft titles. iCue isn't one of them, but it does also fall under RGB software, so in this case appears to have been responsible. If ever having similar issues, take a look at the article and see if you have anything from the list running that could be a potential cause! 🙂

    I've tried every troubleshooting method known man and it randomly crashes. One time I got it to go for maybe an hour then it crashed and then it crashes every 5 minutes then 10 minutes etc etc. It's so frustrating. I really love the game and I play on a very high in PC so definitely not the issue.
