Hi, today I started to playing r6, but when i'm in a match audio literally disappears . When I'm in the menu, the audio returns to work.
I use bluetooth earphones. Any way to fix it?
    Thank you!

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey! The problem may be due to having your audio card set to output higher than 48000 Hz. To change this:

    1. Go into the Control Panel and click "Sound".
    2. Highlight your Speakers, and click "Properties".
    3. Go to the Advanced tab and bring down the "Default Format" drop down menu.
    4. Select either 16-bit 48000 Hz, or 24-bit 48000 Hz and save the changes.

Try running the game again. You should now have sound in the game.

@ubi-viral Thanks for the reply, but I see only "16 bit, 44100Hz" in the menu.
Also I would like to specify that the audio only disappears during online match, when I play against AI, the audio works perfectly.

@marco_jordano Thank you for getting back to us. This does seem rather strange. Would you be able to take a video of this issue please?

@ubi-viral this is strange, in the clip that I recorded the audio is during the match, but only in the clip.

@marco_jordano another thing that I have noticed is that when I'm in an online match not only the game audio disappears, but also other audios like music from spotify for example. But when i return in the game menu, the game's audio and the music come back to be heard. I hope to be clear.

@ubi-viral Update: I dont know why but now it seems to be fixed. I changed some audio settings in the game and disabled other audio devices exept my bluetooth headphones. sorry for disturbing

@marco_jordano Brilliant to hear that this is now sorted. It sounds like some background application may have been interfering.

If you need anything else please reach back out.
