UNSOLVED A fix for Update loop bug

For those who having problems with the update loop on Anno 1800. This was resolved on the Valhalla forums.
- Log in\open Ubisoft Connect update your games
- Go into settings\Network unclick Enable automatic game updates for recently played games
- In settings\Download unclick Enable automatic game updates for recently played games
- Close down\log out of Connect then log in\ open Ubisoft Connect this will fix the Update loop.
In the meantime this will give the Ubisoft team more time to fix Connect

Hey, this issue should be fixed since yesterday morning, as communicated here on the forums and later on the Anno Union: (https://anno-union.com/union-update-game-update-12-issues-community-spotlight/).
But should any of you still encounter the problem, the workaround above (which we also shared earlier this week ;)) should help as a temporary solution.Official Response -

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
