    I am not sure where to even begin because we know this post will fall on deaf ears. The player base has said this enough times and we are getting fed up. Fix the crashes and graphics the game is broke and unplayable in the state it is it. We are tired of the half [censored] maintenance. Do you even play your own game? How can you ignore the fact the entire game is so broken and full of bugs and glitches. People are leaving and going to play other things, do you care no why cause you already have our money. We are tired of constantly sending videos, logs and pics? Even if we send them nothing gets fixed anyways. We can make threats to leave all we want you will not care. The game can be played for a few mins and crashes right out again. The graphics do not render properly. They are blurry. We have honestly had enough.

    @lexibrat_ I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes and issues with the graphics in The Division 2.

    As with all issues such as these we would provide you with some troubleshooting to try and then we would need to obtain your system files to investigate further and also request any videos you can provide as examples as you mentioned in your post.

    Therefore I can only recommend following these PC and connectivity troubleshooting steps if you haven't already done so and if the issues persist to submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.

    @ubi-keo No thanks we are done with that we have been doing that crap since March when 12.1 came out. We are so over troubleshooting and sending in logs. Its not hard to actually fix the issue. No wonder I may be included in those who NEVER come back to this franchise again.

    @lexibrat_ I'm sorry that you have been experiencing issues since March.

    The development team are aware that some players have been experiencing issues with the game crashing and they are still investigating. Unfortunately issues such as this can be complex and more difficult to reproduce and to identify the cause. On PC all players will have different setups, this is why the team have been gathering system files from players affected.

    With regards to the graphical issues, can you provide a more detailed description of this along with some examples, it's possible that they have already raised by other players and are also still being investigated but I would like to look into that to make sure.
