    Does anyone else get the bug in the DZ where there's no drop showing on the map, and ISAC never warns of an incoming DZ Drop, and yet the parachute icon is persistent on your HUD, and any time you get near the area ISAC does the "nearby area guarded by heavily-armed hostiles." Yet when you get directly under the icon, no drop and no hostiles.

    This seems to happen about 1 out of 3 times I am in the DZ now, and it's persistent until I log off and back on.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

    Yes, it's sporadically happened since before WoNY: https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2086486-DZ-West-DZ-drop-icon-in-one-specific-location-when-there-s-no-DZ-drop-available

    I never got the the ISAC warning though.

    @Sock_Monkey @dagrommit Apologies for the late response.

    Does this happen in a specific location or is it random? Could you also provide a video that shows this issue.

    In the video can you go to the location where the icon is to show there is no Dark Zone drop. I can then forward this on to the development team to investigate.

    @ubi-keo As it happens I had already made one and only needed to upload it. See the video below.

    It clearly shows nothing on the map, yet the HUD icon is there, as is the ISAC warning about "heavily armed hostiles."

    @sock_monkey That's great, thanks 🙂

    Can you also confirm if this happens in the same location each time or is it random?

    @ubi-keo From my experience when it happens it's at all of the common DZ drop locations, and all at the same time (within that DZ). Remember they don't show on the map, but if you recall where they usually drop and run from one location to another they will appear on your HUD with the ISAC warning as you approach.

    It seems the HUD and ISAC thinks there is a normal drop active in that DZ when there isn't - although as I noted ISAC does not say "Incoming DZ drop..."

    @sock_monkey Thanks for the additional information.

    I have reported this to the development team to investigate.
