Hi, I have recently tried linking my Xbox account to my Ubisoft account, however the website process under Account Management claims 'This profile is already linked to another user'. I don't believe I have another Ubisoft account and have previously played numerous Ubisoft games on this same Xbox One. Previously, Assassin's Creed Odyssey had Ubisoft access so I could redeem awards etc. whilst Assassin's Creed Valhalla does not, which affects gameplay in some ways.
I raised a case for this but have had no response so far. Chat is also unavailable for me.
Please can someone help with this?

@richaswr If you are receiving an message that the Xbox account is already linked to another Ubisoft account then you must have another account you are no aware of. It could be an old account that you have forgotten about.
In this case support would need to assist you further with this as we are unable to help via the forums. Customer Support will always do their best to reply within 48 hours of creating a support ticket, however this is not always possible.
