UNSOLVED Bug: All achievements have been completed...

Every achievement has been accomplished despite me not having done most of them.

Thank you for reporting this to us, it certainly doesn't sound right!
Could you please provide some example screenshots?
Such as an unlocked achievement and a screenshot showing it's requirement still locked / incomplete in-game?

I've managed to:- Build Investors
- defeat Princess Qing and Willie Wibblesock
- fight against Beryl O'Mara and wipe her out of all sessions I had unlocked (she seemed to persist in a session I hadn't yet unlocked)
- I am currently playing what seems to be a friendly match with Bente Jorgensen, Wibblesock and Princess Qing.
- Completed Old World, New World & Cape Trelawney main quests.
I have not:- Played a match with Hugo Mercier.
- Entered the Arctic or Africa region (I plan to time enter them for the first time in my current playthrough).
- Played any multiplayer.
- Many other things have not been achieved by me.
- Complete all cultural sets for either the Zoo, Museum or Botanical Garden
- I don't own any Season Pass 3 content, so all achievements for that content should not be completed.
- Never played on a difficulty harder than Normal.
- Never allied with a pirate.

@nicholas_steel I'm not sure why all Season Pass 3 achievements aren't grayed out since I don't own the content, only 6 of them arbitrarily are at the bottom of the list.

@ubi-theberry I bought the base game (no DLC) on Sept. 6th. All achievements, including all DLC except for The High Life were unlocked when I started the game.

@nicholas_steel Turns out I had completed the Expedition to Africa in one of my early attempts at Anno 1800, before I really knew what I was doing. So if there was an achievement pertaining to completing the expedition it self than that was legitimately earned. I don't think I had done anything within the region at that time but am in the process of exploring it now in my current playthrough.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
