Moved To Francia objective missing unable to start Siege of Paris expansion

I have a problem with the game Assasin Creed valhalla DLC siege of Paris (I have all the DLC) I have max level (466 8 master points) I did all the main quests and side quests up to Eurviscire (according to their level) and the dlc wrath of the druids I have the quest to France available after the quest with the guest visit a long time ago a guest building was created but now I look there is no Pierre or Toca it is empty and in the quests it says Eivor goes through the sewer to France what should I do ? How to go to France there is no marker. I have 214 hours of game time and I will not play again. In the attachment I gave some of 2 screenshots of the problem. In one file you can see the quest to France and the empty guest house in the other a screenshot showing the quest description. Sorry for english translated with deepl.
I can also give you a game save, but what good does that do if there is no way to write to the developers about it. -

I found Pierre's body in the guesthouse. Is it some kind of bug that Pierre died?
His corpse showed up when I changed my gender from female to male and then left the animus and came back again
how to bring it back to life now?
Is it possible to somehow disable and enable dlc and will it help? -

Regarding the issue you have encountered, I am sorry to see that Pierre appears to be lying on the floor dead, causing issues for you with travelling to Francia. Can you please advise me of whether this issue persists if you load an older save, or after reinstalling the game fully? Have you performed any of our PC troubleshooting as well, as if not, I'd recommend running through these steps?
An additional video showing the dead body as well as the lack of ability to progress would be greatly appreciated if the issue persists after all of the above steps have been tried. I can then open a new investigation with the development team to have this issue looked into. Thank you!

This solution falls out because an older save was created 200 hours ago game newer ones from 2, 3, 4 days ago have this error.
Maybe there is a way to reset the dlc, I don't know, turn it off and on again -

Update 1.3.2 brought back two people but still no quest marker and no interaction with them

I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists with the 1.3.2 update. Your issue is not listed on the megathreads list as we have only received one report of this issue from yourself, no other players have reported this. Megathreads will only be created and added to the list if we receive multiple reports of an issue from players. However your issue has been reported to the development team and is being investigated.
It's difficult to see the NPC's in the image as its quite dark, would you be able to provide some further images or a video to show the NPC's that you can now see.Official Response“We work in the Dark, to serve the Light. We are Assassins.”
