    I'm unable to launch the game since the last patch.
    Easy Anti-cheat splash screen appears, then error message and exit...

    any idea?

    Hey @papyorz, sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem. Can you please elaborate further on this error message for me? What does it say?

    Could you please also try verifying your game files and then also try reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat. After that, try relaunching the game and let me know if that helps!

    @ubi-gizmo having the same issue here, i have verified the install and rescued the Easy AC. Game still drops after the Easy AC splash screen. Seems to be just when the next splash screen gets initialized (you see the frame).

    @s-p-e-z I had no issue until this most recent fix (on pc) now i cannot log into game. I hope they fix the fix soon:)

    @s-p-e-z Somewhere between updating my AMD drivers and multiple PC restarts... all seems to work ok.

    The error code is (Error Code 14)
    I already tried to verify/reinstall/voodoo dance, no help on that side.

    Hey @papyorz, thanks for getting back with the additional information and letting me know you tried the steps above. Can you elaborate further on this error code for me? Is this error code appearing on an Easy Anti-Cheat pop up window? Or is this a Division 2 app error message?

    @RTDouglas - it sounds like you may have tried to launch the game during our maintenance period. Can you let me know if you are still having issues with this? Are you receiving any error messages logging in?

    @s-p-e-z - really glad to hear that yours is now working! You know where to find us if this issue happens again.

    Just for clarity, @PapyOrz, am I correct in thinking you have already tried verifying your game files and fully reinstalling Easy Anti-Cheat? Or was it that you reinstalled the game along with verifying your game files? As the Easy Anti-Cheat application is used on multiple games, uninstalling the game might not uninstall all the files associated with the app; therefore, please ensure you have tried reinstalling the Anti-Cheat software separately. As I think it is best to double-check that the software has been reinstalled entirely. Each time you try to launch the game, please make sure you are also giving it administrative rights.

    Hey @ubi-gizmo , Launching the game, the Division 2 splash screen (The one with Easy-anti Cheat logo on the bottom left) appears. It remains displayed like this for like a minute, then an unnamed error windows appears with Error 14 on it.
    The window indicates that EasyAntiCheat can help me solve my problem online. I tried, no help on this side.
    Otherwise, you're assumption was correct. I fully verified the game file and reinstalled Easy Anti-cheat app. And i launch the game as admin.
