    Good day!
     
    My hardcore agent reached 361 level and I was doing very simple and safe activities in the open world when game suddenly freezed. After re-lauching the game again I see that my agent is DEAD! I attach screenshots (and I am ready to share full video - cannot upload here due to size limitations) clearly showing that the agent wasnt even in any danger, having full health and armor. Enemies were very far away - at least one minute of running. And my actions on switching off the game via tray were very quick. But agent is dead! I cannot accept loosing hardcore agent this way. I invested lot of time for reaching 361 level safely. How can I revive this agent back, if you please?!

    @ubi-gizmo Hi there!

    Sent you a link to full res. video, showing:
    1) agent having full armor and health and no enemies nearby
    2) Windows blue circle on the mouse pointer indicating that game is not responding
    3) my immediate actions on killing the process via tray

    My condolences. I've lost 4 HC chars to crashes.... reported all of them... every time: Sry to hear, unfortunately we can't restore your character...

    Good luck for you buddy. Really.

    But don't have too much hope to get the char back!
